Remember when were gonna play Lost Planet 2, but didn't?
Yeah. I was enthusiastic for the game but there was pretty much zero enthusiasm across the internet for that game. So I didn't buy it, especially since I wanted it for the co-op.
Winky: When I get more bored of Blazblue/have more free time/it drops in price/I have $60 to throw away. Maybe. I'm not in any rush though, and really don't have any desire to play it multi.

Why did I read the gay rights thread? Why do I do that shit to myself?
Does anybody remember that really impressive tech demo that was released of an engine that was built by just two people? The tech demo was fantasy themed and it had some really impressive textures and motion blur as I remember it.
Yes, give me a bit and I will probably recall the name. I know I've looked it up before, successfully, by just goin "Hey, I wonder if anything came out of that engine those two guys made"
I just found it. Project Offset. Apparently it was more than two guys and it looks defunct after Intel bought it and then didn't do anything with it.
I love playing SCII with Winky, Mazzyx, and Corbius. They are so good and I learn so much from them, but they never make me feel bad for my current level of play.
This game is gonna suck when you guys get bored with it.

I felt that way when I bought it, too. I was thinking I would just get it and play through the singleplayer and then maybe do a little multi.
The multiplayer really sucked me back in, though. Perhaps it's because of all the tons of other PAers playing it or because the leagues feel more "real" now that it's released, but I didn't think I was going to get back into being competitive about it, but I did.

There's no way I have the time to get competitive in Blaz and SC2, and Blaz is the way better game, in my eyes. But, that's just meeee.
H/A has a prostitution thread! It is actually rather odd and the poster is rather new, but on the other hand, it is a prostitution in New Zealand thread, which is a rare beast
I know, who pays for time with a sheep?
I...!1
Sorry, I normally try to avoid the Scots/Kiwi/Aussie/Mountain states sheep jokes but that one I couldn't resist.

Haha oh God, I totally missed it because I was going all "warglbargl" over trying to figure out how to play Zerg, but I watched the replay later and oh dear god that was glorious.

Yeah, but I'm guessing what happened with me with the original BlazBlue is what would happen with me again, where I would get really competitive for a month and then completely forget the game exists.
With SCII I still really have the possibility of getting bored of it, but it's still one of the most popular competitive games on the planet and has two more secured expansion packs coming so I know it will suck me back in and I'll be glad I learned how to get good at it.
That combo for those of you keeping score at home is throw, teleport nirvana to you, command roll through their body on the ground, forward dash their body into position, scoop with B, launch with C, juggle back with nirvana, relaunch with c, juggle back with nirvana, relaunch with C, juggle back with nirvana.

But that's the type of game you can pick up and play a round or two at any time, and I see myself doing that in the future when I get burnt out on SC2
Lost Planet 2 plays totally differently

the magic game on steam?
you mean the one that you and I have played together?
I am amazed at my ability to never learn in cases like these.

You live in Hawaii? I dunno, that's what the random study I yanked online said. Where you getting your numbers from out of curiosity?
I don't understand why they want additional rights, it doesn't sound fair to straight people.

I would argue that Audi A4 has actually surpassed the generic 3 series as the go-to douchebag car, at least in OC.
It is ok. Everyone gets one
in all seriousness the problem is that the 3 series is a fantastic car
For douchebags?

Wow. A4 no less. A5 is pretty sexy.
Oh I saw like 3 M6s over the weekend. Goddamn M6s.
Yes.
But also it is a fantastic car, and it wins Car of the Year a hundred times for a reason.
Likewise the Audi A4 is quite the slick little package.
I guess you just have to attempt to radiate an aura of non-douche.
No way Nerd.
If you're good at a game you're good at it forever.
I can. But he's just too cool, too fucking cool.

Bad. Fucking. Ass.
One day my unworthy hands will learn to comply.
It's a sickness.
