I'm working on a preliminary configuration here

so far we have 1 couple who's only staying 5 nights

I might move people placed in Bunk into their vacated room to free up Bunk and save some cash for those 3 nights

couple stays in J4, couple leaves on 5th night

Dave in B1 shifts to J4 to have his own Double Bed in that room

Dave's roommates (B1 and B2) also move to other spots depending on what frees up in the other houses based on lengths of stay

so basically what I'm saying is

I need to know how long you're staying as soon as YOU know

what could mess it up pretty bad, other than having to fly long expensive distances, is potential work experience and maybe if i really want to stay in india longer

but a major reason id be going is to hang out with my awesome norwegian cousins and theyll be gone by then so it depends how much i enjoy travelling around on my own in india, which i havent done before

if you confirm on 30 September, you are guaranteed accommodation, which means I have to account for you in calculating things

if something happens between that date and 30 November (which is the payment deadline), it comes down to WHEN it happened and WHAT it is

if it happens pretty early, then there's a good chance you'll get your deposit back and no hard feelings as we still have time to find people to fill the spot or cancel accommodation as necessary

we all know shit happens so I'll be as fair as possible to you and to everyone else on the trip, but these will all be handled on a case-by-case basis since I reckon it should come up as rare as possible

(i.e., the something that has happened is truly something unavoidable and terrible and not just a whim)
