    I worked for Futureshop, and I have to say you're in for a clusterfuck.

    Basically, don't talk to anyone at the store except the manager. Ask for the General Manager. If he isn't in, ask for the number of the District Sales Manager.

    Anyone else in that store is going to try to get rid of you. Plain and simple. Good luck with your troubles.
