Yes, but it's a long walk back to safety, and you don't want to be wandering around Amala at 1 HP.
Also, Catherine stuff:
- The game has been in development for 2 years
- Fully voiced
- Multiple endings
- First playthrough will take players approximately 20 hours
- Selectable difficulty
> When playing adventure parts, you will occasionally drop down to action parts.
> Action part is not like walking around and setting up flags, also nothing to do with jumping and shooting something. It is more like an action puzzle game. (also wall climbing?)
> There are many patterns to solving puzzles. Not just one way.
> Gameplay feeling is close to old games (Famicom/NES) where, the more you play, the better you become at the game.
> There is a "Retry" feature.
> Depends on how you speak, Vince's dialogue will change (like SMT's Law and Chaos) How he muttering/speak to self will be decided by that factor.
> More suitable to 30~40 years old gamer. As well as for play alone when all other family are in sleep, with grin on your face ensured.
> This is test case for HD, but we have done it seriously.
> We asked Studio 4C because they do good quality jobs.
> Lots of debugs..

Kind of funny how quick people were to claim this merger was the end of Atlus.
Really? Most people's reactions seem to be more of about the end of the official company name more than anything. As the original article stated, day-to-day business shouldn't change.
The only thing they changed are the backgrounds and music, really, though Kaneko did new art.
Arguably inferior to the original's, but sharper.
Heh, I swore it was PS2 but looked like a PS1 game. Whoops.

Oh yeah, and I read that the PS1/GBA versions had new story scenes added into them. Mostly flashbacks and stuff. Someone translated them during Luisfius' LP of SMTII at SA.
I did, and that's actually part of what got me into SMT games in the first place. That and my friend had spare copies of Nocturne and DDS 1 & 2 lying around.
So while looking through stuff that came from storage I found a little book of GCN/GBA releases from Summer '03. It has a little blurb on Demikids that I thought you'd like because it sounds like such a silly little romp for the kiddies!
"Travel to another dimension and defeat an army of demons? No one said sixth grade would be easy! When the members of the Mystery Club, which searches for interesting and mysterious things, find a peculiar book and an evil demon appears, they must summon helpful demons to fight their way out of a time loop. Use the fusion system to create, collect and trade over 350 demons."
Haha, oh that crazy mystery club. Always examining..... things.
Atlas USA currently has a job posting up for Game Tester/QA on an upcoming console title. The posting specifies that it will be mostly text errors and that a good grasp of English is required so what's complete in Japan that they could be bringing over?

Is that a rhetorical question?

Half.
I mean, I hope its Catherine, but I was wondering if there was anything else floating around that it could be instead. Also I'm applying for that position since I'm jobless right now :P .

What a weird bullet point.
To me, that says "you're going to die--a lot."
Odder still is this one:

No doubt, they were planning this from the get go.
Even more likely this is a worldwide strategy.
Not Catherine; his current girlfriend who screams at the end.

I don't mean that in a negative way, of course.
