I think it's pretty obvious that the New York team is the Islanders... it's background is orange. Otherwise, yeah, Gamertag needs to get in there somehow.

Also, there's no space for gamertags. We all know what teams we are. If anyone needs a refresher they can check the OP. Putting gamertags in there too would make it look way too cluttered. The whole point is the simple, retro look.

Yea, we don't just add randoms to the team. You have to be at least somewhat established on the boards. And by establish I mean either:

a) Know one of us in real life (Kraner)
b) Post a few times and ask to join the team

We have had people say, "Hey, add X to the team. He is my brother." And then we never see either of them. While you and WindexBlue play, we never hear from WindexBlue in here and I am pretty sure he doesn't use a headset. Two things that we don't really care for to be honest (non-posting and no headset). When we see that you and WindexBlue played and lost 6-0, we shake our heads because you are just a rookie and WindexBlue, well, we could name him WindexWho.
