Website: http://contest.ovationguitars.com/ovationguitars/What is this?
Ovation is holding a video lesson contest and are giving away 13 guitars total:
12 Celebrity CC24 Guitars:
And one Adamas (grand prize):
How it works
All you have to do is create a video of yourself teaching either a song (part or whole) or an instructional lesson about some concept on the guitar (i.e. scales, chord progressions, basic theory, etc.). Once your video is uploaded, it will be reviewed and then posted to the contest site.
Once your video is on the site, friends and family can vote once a day on your entry.
Winners
Weekly Winners: Each week a winner is chosen by a 3rd party judge and gets one of the Celebrity guitars.
Grand Prize Winner: At the end of the contest, it's the person with the most votes that gets the Adamas.
Why should you care?
There's surprisingly not as many entries as I thought there would be, so your odds of getting chosen are pretty good as long as your lesson is well put together (there are some real crappers on there). And hey, free guitar!
And if you're not a guitar player, you could always at least help me out (PA crew unite!) by voting on my entry - the URL is in my sig.

he likes the many tiny sound holes for the rich sound but it gets much less volume than a regular acoustic
I just love how different of a sound it is from a lot of acoustics. Ever since I first heard Robert Fripp's League of Crafty Guitarists "Intergalactic Boogie Express" CD, I've always wanted to get my hands on one. They have such a distinct sound.
Here's a perfect example:
