I can't search the thread for URU (too short) but Myst comes back with nothing.
Anybody playing URU Myst Online? Right now I'm waiting for a friend to return stateside, get his internet set up again, and get back to finding power sources for inscrutable machinery with me.
EQ2X is uhm overwhelming. But not in a good way so far.
Oh man I just looked that up on Google. Is EQ2 going to die? I can't think of another reason for SOE to go F2P.

I think this'll get them more revenue that simply churning out another expansion. The game is already so complex that it seriously repulses me to open a menu. Just look at the amount of hotkeys there are. You can operate a Cesna with less buttons and switches.
Making it F2P (with serious restrictions: only 4 races, 8 classes, can't reach max lev, no auction house, no whispers...) invites people to try the game without time pressure. It gives people a chance to sniff at EQ2 and get an idea of the stuff that's available.
Me for me, I wish they'd give Vanguard the same treatment. I've always been interested in the game, but I'm not good at trials because I tend to get distracted halfway through the period.

No idea. The ones we just unlocked have to be further unlocked with turbine points. And a couple unlock when we get to guild level 21.
Hot damn we completed the newest questline tonight: defending some drow tribe's territory from saughalahgalbahblagin. It took a while, but the loot and exp was worth it I believe.
