Bear in mind vote control powers may be in play. In fact I'd assume SKs are more likely to have picked them as a third power (or attempt to get all 3 if you like to ringo) than other players as one of their two powers. Vote isn't as great a power as neutral and villager compared to the others.
if i knew what it was, i would have told you. maybe its residue from L5R (that you werent able to counter due to both of us being day 1'd in competing hosts), but my gut is telling me not to trust you.

Considering the high liklihood of death, and the amount of grudgery that comes with faking a pm you would have to wonder if Alegis would resort to that.
I would be inclined to think the baggage isn't worth it.

Regardless of what happens to me tonight neutrals and village should have enough info from today to work with. Neutrals trying to stay out of sight and not committing to anything are only waiting for their inevitable doom if they don't stop the SKs.
So to reiterate: You have to vote him out if you don't want to risk an allied SK group.

And by the same token, I'm trying to understand why Anonymous would do what you described. Threats? Made up 'cupid' powers that directly contraindicate the host declarations? How is that any more likely, or explicable, than you simply making up the whole thing?
I guess I'm willing to buy either of you as being worthy of being voted out (I'd vote you both out if I could, just to straighten out the mess,) but I've never gotten an explanation of how your wild story hangs together or is more likely than the alternative. Either possibility seems pretty out there.
They don't contraindicate the host declarations as they're not conversions, else he'd have been able to convert me. Read the PM. Mason power does something different for SK and mafia so I assume the cupid is an effect of that: it's that clarification line is what got me freaked out enough to post the PM in the thread.

TheAnonymous for being a goose, seeing that while it would be easy to fake PMs, it's not very likely that Alegis would.

unless alegis is really an SK and anon is just some sap. alegis gets a free kill (the vote) and also gets to see who his competing SKs are (probably most of the people who voted for him).

-anon is an SK
-you are not an SK or a mafia
-anon was stupid and revealed himself to you on day 1
maybe i could believe 1 of these, but all 3 at the same time? especially that you willingly chose a villager or neutral role?
unfortunately, this is all conjecture, cause anon has been MIA since yesterday.
The choice seems to have come down to Alegis or The Anonymous for tonight.
I think The Anonymous is the right choice for now. Alegis is suspicious, but it makes no sense for him to make something up in a game like this. Too many people would go after him the next night if it goes wrong.
