So apparently there will be a modtool release for Black Ops as well. Well, sometime after launch, anyway.
I'm hoping Treyarch have learnt from IW's mistakes these past few months.
Party chat enabled across all modes will go a long way to convincing me.
I don't get the desire for party chat. I'm lazy and dislike having to join two freaking parties (game party and chat party) to talk to teammates.

Lack of party chat is something which annoyed me far more than any balance issue or exploit every did. Their logic was that it would prevent people from boosting and would encourage teamwork with people you didn't know. The problem with the former is they kept it in FFA and Ground War, especially FFA, where boosting is most likely to occur. The problem with the latter is G.I.F.T. PArty chat ensures I don't hear people trash talking, whining or screaming into their mic during map loading for shits and giggles. Furthermore, party chat makes arranging and maintaining teams far easier, since you can join a party from any place on your 360 and ask if there's room, and if you get kicked out because of matchmaking, you're still in direct contact with the team.

Joining FFA as a party would be cool, or at least a mode of FFA allowing it. 8 man PA parties are fun, and for whatever reason it's far less frustrating to be killed by a PA'er than some fucking cumstain with a headset.

I often try to get us to do Barebones Pro. You can queue with 6 and invite two others in, and you've got a full 8 for FFA.

Honestly, I've only ran into boosters maybe five times, so I'm cool with them. Unless I'm getting destroyed in demolition because of them, then screw em!

For the record challenges I finished tonight, listed from most to least amazing from my perspective.
1. MG MASTER!! 5 kill streak on a mounted machine gun
Mounted's SUCK in MW2 I've been workin on this for about 2 months...Got it on the rundown mounted.
2. M240 Mastery. I've now mastered every gun!
3. Precision Airstrike 50 call ins
4. Stealth Bomber 25 call ins
5. Deagle Tac Knife (100 kills)
quite the evening!
I won't be on much tomorrow evening but hopefully this weekend...

I have about 8 post worthy videos. I'll get the up over the next few days. it takes about an hour to process them to fit on youtube, and then about 1/2 hour to get on youtube. watch in 720 to avoid processing times.
