Abhorrence: Blizzard less than a month until Blizzcon - WHERE THE FUCK IS MY BARCODE.
What barcode? the pet I think you are getting it as an email after the event
I have the kodo on my mage and rogue so far I reall want the ram on my warrior but jsut free frost badges which is a plus for being so easy of an event
ABHOR: Sinister Calling is all that's keeping me from my Proto. I trick or treated every hour on the hour for two weeks last year, even bringing a laptop in to work to do so. I did not get the damn pet, but I got 3 or so helmets.
ABHOR: I don't have credit for the helmet that I have in my bank.
ABHOR: RNG keeping me from a year's plus work in getting my meta. I'm stressing already, and the holiday isn't for another three weeks.
I am curious with the "bag" we get from the holiday events if the items will continue to have such an odd drop rate
I would've preferred to see the "rare" stuff you get from bags at least get offered for a good number of tokens, just in case the RNG wtfpwns you the entire holiday.
Adore: My shaman is offically Alliance, changed her name from Lazzula to Lasilia. Feels good to be alliance again!
Annoyed: Grid. The only mod that messed up/didn't keep it settings. I have to remember how exactly I had it set up before. Grumble.
Another Annoyance: You enter too many instances. Did a couple of brew fests just before 10m raid. Then we headed up to do Maly then OS3D. I was barred from doing Ony.
Adore: Getting the Black War Bear finally.
Abhor: Doing the achievement to get it. Most people I know did this achievement shortly after the achievement itself became available. I had been putting this one off because I didn't want to deal with the idiots it would entail. I've done world leaders before, just for fun, but oy... even in one's own guild, people don't listen - go & in a pug - you get a quarter of a 40 man raid wanting to their own thing. Like, go to STV, hop on a zeppelin & go in the front entrance to Orgrimmar.
Orgrimmar was a clusterfuck because the raid got there, but no plan to get out after Thrall died. A third of the raid died in the room, another third died running away in various directions inside the city, another third got out of the city entirely.
Abhor: After formatting my PC (Partly in hope of fixing the problem I've had with wow for the last few months) and copying over my few month old backup, it refuses to patch. If I download the 3.3a > 3.3.2 patch, it tells me that it requires Wow Version 1.0.0. I'm probably gonna have to go dig up my Wrath disc and install from that instead of the nice and quick install I was planning on.

what version of windows?
have you tried making sure it's all running as an administrator? I had a friend with a similar problem and that ended up being the solution.

Same thing happened to me for the last two years in a row on my druid. I finally gave up and did everything on my DK instead. I think this year they're going to make the helm/pet more accessible than the RNG. That's what I hope, anyway, since my druid lost credit for the helm as well.
Alarming: tried to log in this morning, said my account was locked for suspicious activity. Scanned my computer with AVG, I was clean the whole time. I guess someone reported me for something, because I've got an authenticator and I didn't have the emcore.dll thing.
Yeah, I failed Hallow's End last year because I missed the Hallowed Helm. Had everything else, never saw either Sinister Calling drop from the Horseman, I got my pet from a trick or treat.
Adore: credit's been a prob for me....until now. Got it. And the 1st thing i'm doing is, going to lock my dang account against the gold farm scourge by buying an authenticatator. Totally behind the times, but to me, the ability to finally be able to xpress myself in the WoW'age that I've not been able to do on my sorry sack of a comp. is very comforting. Been playing teh WoW since 2005, and have had a real hard time with all the account business that has mired my account the last 4 mos. a total pile...
Asinine: My druid (Brewmaster in 2009) has already picked up the goggles and pony keg this week, and I'll probably pick up a hat, and I'm thinking about getting him a full set of Brewfest clothes.
Abhor: Nothing but frost badges on my Paladin every single Coren kill to date. Got the remote on my Warlock, and the remote, ram and a tankard on my Shaman.
Adore: My awesome guild. We had a lot of folks taking a break waiting for Cata, so there wasn't a raid going. Then they get a casual ICC 10-man kicking to go for the King Slayer title. They were short one guy yesterday and decided to drag my under-geared sand-bagging Elemental DPS shaman along with. PHAT LOOT! The achievement spam from me was embarrassing.

Hate: Choosing a toon to main in Cataclysm.
I really regret switching to my warrior for Wrath.
If I play my warrior, I lose all of my paladin's TBC achievements. Hand of A'dal, all my shiny t6 gear.
If I play my paladin, I lose all of my warrior's Wrath achievements. "the Immortal", black proto drake (this one especially burns as its no longer obtainable), etc.
*Note - I know I don't "lose" the achievements per se, but having them hidden on an alt is almost the same thing, I'll never be able to properly appreciate them.
And yes, I won't be able to show them off. You caught me.
I was about to post the same thing. I have five 80s with two more that are close. Time Warp and the Dal/Shat portal fiasco give points to the mage, but I just can't decide!

I'm leaning towards the warrior because his achievements are shinier, I raided more difficult content with him in Wrath than the TBC content my paladin did, but I am preferring the look of the paladin DPS style so far.
Barely. 4500ish most fights, but that's with the 30% buff and the next nearest DPS was at 6k. I just dislike being the one that sucks. Which brings me to an abhor. Work firewall blocks all the sites that I need to research to make sure I have my rotation correct and all the correct gemming/enchanting choices.

100 gold says you were >45% improvement over pug dps.

Adore: Bowen's post makes me feel like 3000 times better about my 6k DPS in an ICC 10
I was fighting a hunter for the bottom spot. He was doing about 6k as well with a bit better gear then me, but a worse weapon(I have a quel, he had the 232 bow, but assorted pieces of 264/251, and my trinkets were ilvl 200 pieces of crap and no ICC gear. ). I beat him, but that's only because we had some hilarious AOE pulls in Plauge with me doing 14k DPS a pull and annihilating everyone but a t10 Sanct warlock. He was slightly edging me in single target DPS.
More Adore: My first ever ICC on my DK got me some DPS boots and a Ramalamadingdong's blade of culling for my tanking set. Both redundant upgrades from rep boots and a Tyrannical Beheader.
Abhore: Hate leveling so goddamn much, but this expansion is basically saying "HEY SHAMANS YOURE GETTING A LEGENDARY DPS MACE". So I have to level my ye-old 70 shaman.
Abhor: RL in my weekly OS3D25 run forgot to ML and, of course, someone ninjaed the drake. Sigh.
How does someone ninja the drake? With a run like that, everyone is only there for the drake anyway, who cares about the shitty ilevel 213 loot, why even bother with ML? Just let even roll Need on the drake.
If you see the RL forget to masterloot and you don't roll Need on the subsequent window, you're an idiot and can't really blame the ninja on anyone but yourself.

Or the RL did have Master Loot on and MLed it to himself/someone in his guild with no regard for rolls. That's fairly common, actually.
Ahahaha: One of my friends and guildie failed Undying last night. He died on the last boss to a shadow fissured. It was priceless. His guild note is now "of the phail".
Ah Crap: It was me who needed the undying achievement.
Amour: It's the last one, then I will be offically done all 10m achievements
Adore: We are also doing Uld10 for stuff other people missed, all but Herald of the Titans. Thank freaking god!

that's why we call it the struggle, you're supposed to sweat
Mount count: 1 kodo for my mage
Ps4 : Gigawatt666
Steam I.D. : Gigawatt666
LoL : GiG4W4TT
Abhor: I got it again today on the same character...
I just got a kodo too much to my surprise.
Adore2: Ran BT and Sunwell and picked up two more pieces of my T6, just need bracer/pants/boots now.
Abhore: We were one death away from Champion of Ulduar. Mine. On Mimiron. I felt like such a dick.

Adore/Abhore: T6 Shaman is still sexy as fuck.
Abhorrence: The fact that the raid system is still 10/25 and not 10/15, especially when 25 is starting to have the same problems 40 did.
Ambivalence: Rated BGs may make honor farming less brutal or too easy.
Abwuh: Do I want to heal or DPS? Probably both.
