P.S. -- Needs a new comic thread card. Trap card. Play on a target. All opposing forumers who do not attack that target take a -2 penalty on their attack roll and get infracted.

I don't get it
my card, however, depicts Psylocke riding on a dolphin
which means this ability should be in play for me ALL THE TIME
