The PAX Prime 2010 Tabletop-specific Master Schedule Grid is now available at http://tinyurl.com/paxprime2010tabletopschedule

This grid contains All Things Tabletop at PAX Prime 2010, including
  • PAX Tabletop Headquarters Information
  • PAX Tabletop Tournaments
  • Tabletop Exhibitor Room locations (DIFFERS FROM THE EXPO HALL EXHIBITOR LIST!)
  • Tabletop Exhibitor and Vendor-run Demos and Tournaments
  • Freeplay Rooms
  • Much much more!

If you have changes to report, please reply to the thread below and I will update this schedule grid.

EDIT: If you plan on running your own RPG, consider sending a message via Twitter to @pax_indie_rpgs, or add a post to the Alternate Paper RPG thread at http://forums.penny-arcade.com/showthread.php?t=125154 The Master Schedule will also direct people to announce their RPG sessions by including the #ttlfg hashtag in their tweets, or by asking @pax_indie_rpgs to retweet the announcement.

Less than two weeks to go!!

Thank you for this schedule! It is much appreciated.

I guess the best way to print it out would be too download it and then hide the collumns you don't want(atm it is 3x3 without forcing it to fit in super small print).

I will work on making it more printer-friendly for general use. But hiding columns you don't need is an excellent suggestion.

Charting my route now. I'll have to hit up a few tourneys and at least 1 DnD campaign.

Wow based on the room #s used, it seems that Tabletop will own the entire second floor of the WSTCC, at least half of the 3rd floor, and the whole 3rd floor of the new conference center.

Has tabletop had this big of a presence in the past? My only prior PAX experience was East, and it seems like this will dwarf that.

Lackey, could you clarify something? The schedule says 301-306 are freeplay, but 303, 304 and 305 are listed as being WotC specific.

Ah hah! You've found the Hidden Level! Actually, I simply left "WSCC CC" off by accident in front of the WotC/Cryptozoic rooms in my schedule. fixed now. BUT: More betterer explanation follows:

Technically, WotC has 303, 304 and 305 of the WSCC Conference Center. This is what was formerly called the Annex two years ago. This is the floor that's physically below the Expo Hall on the North side of the Skybridge, and there will be access to the Conference Center from the street (on the Cheesecake Factory side of the street, roughly directly underneath the Skybridge), as well as a set of escalators in Expo Hall itself that lead down to the Conference Center 3rd Floor.

So. Freeplay areas are all along the 2nd and 3rd floors of the WSCC itself. MORE tabletop stuff is in the WSCC CC. uh. hrmm. Name Fail? Perhaps. Just be aware that there are TWO HALVES to tabletop.

The World Map you'll receive in your on-site program booklet will show this more clearly than my words can.

    Hope this helps!

Awesome, thanks! I know a few people who are trying to coordinate games and are using 304 as their 'first choice' room, availability allowing and all that.

Made a quick excel file for the tabletop tourneys hosted by just PAX. Left empty space for you to fill in your own tourneys, or places you need to be.
