I am so bored that I think I may chew my own feet of just for some form of entertainment. What the hell should I do for fun? All I really enjoy are video games and...... fuck, that's it........ What the hell should I do for fun? Any suggestions?
Have a goal in your life outside of work/school/responsibilities. Or connect it to your work etc. Just have some goal in your life. Maybe you wanna write a novel, or paint, or help the homeless in your area, or travel to exotic places, or run a marathon, or join bike races, or become a chess master, or join a karate dojo, or get big muscles, or learn how to cook gourmet meals, or hit on lots of girls, or play the stock market, or do some home improvement, or become a moderator on an internet forum.
No, don't become a moderator on an internet forum. Trust me on that one.
Learning cooking or working out are probably the two best time investments in terms of things that take up your idle hours and also improve your quality of life. Reading and artistic pursuits aren't far behind, and if you're that unimaginative, go volunteer.

Take up a martial art. It will keep you active, entertained, and keep you occupied mentally (depending on the martial art, perhaps), it may also improve your confidence and make you more of an outgoing person. I took up Kung Fu during uni break after I started climbing the walls and itching for something physical to do, despite having a chronic back injury. Very very glad I decided to do so.

Find something that you are interested that gets you out of the house/apt whatever. Humans were not engineered to sit around in the dark, playing games and eating cheesy poofs. That's why you feel that maddening itch. Martial arts could be great if it interests you. A cooking class could be great, even if it doesn't. Take an art class, or a creative writing class. Lots of great ideas in previous posts. Becoming a Moderator isn't one of them.
a little activity and sunlight should help.

Google your city and find out stuff to do. Then try doing it, even if it's just "visit the public library". Give it a chance and really try to explore what you see.
Or just take a walk, or buy a bike and take a ride for greater range. You'd be surprised at what's around you in your neighborhood.
Take up photography. It's a good excuse to go out and visit beautiful places. No matter how small or boring you think your city is, there are spots worth taking a picture of. Go visit the closest national park and take a hike. Take some pictures, show your friends and family!
Do you live in a big city? If not, is your town frequented by tourists for any reason? I grew up in a small town, and currently live in a big city. Both places have lots of tourists.
I think it's really fun to do the tourist thing in my own city every once in a while. Put aside any "lol no locals go here" snobbery, and act like a tourist. I think it's fun, anyway. You'll get some fresh air, exercise, and maybe you'll meet some interesting people from different parts of the country/world. Obviously, this may not be applicable to you, depending on where you live.
You could read a book. Really, any book. I assume you have some books in your house? Pick one up and start reading it.
If it happens to be a cookbook, try to make one of the recipes out of it that looks good to you.
Go for a walk. If you don't have a job, get one. If you don't particularly need the money, try to make it part time.
Really, just do anything besides playing video games. That doesn't mean you have to stop playing video games altogether, but it's good to have something else to do.
Look up a recipe, walk down to the spa, and get to work.
Are you trying to cook spaghetti at the spa?
No that's where you buy the ingredients. And a sandwich.
I think there's some regional confusion here.
To me, a spa is a place where you go to sit in a hot tub, get a facial treatment, back massage, etc. Not where you buy groceries.
Just the way the sentence was structured you may think that you are supposed to look up a recipe (I would say pasta) then go to the spa (need hot water for pasta right?) and get to work (ie start cooking).

Out of curiosity, what country is that? Is that in the U.S.? I've never heard the word "spa" used to refer to groceries either.
Boston area, although the preponderance of the modern spa and the rarity of the neighborhood grocer has killed it off. When my dad first came to the area for grad school, he thought his roommates were gay because they'd ask if he wanted to join them at the spa every single day. Apparently, it comes from the time people thought tonic was good for you and would drink to their health.
Either way, it's more fun to frequent the local greengrocer than a chain, although smaller-footprint chains like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods aren't terrible.

You get to meet like-minded people and it looks good on a resume.
Good idea. Volunteer or find an internship somewhere.
It's like a FPS that hurts!
Seriously, though, I've only played paintball once, but I had a lot of fun doing it. It's an adrenaline rush, and a pretty good workout.
