One of the lamest things about random 2v2 is when an ally won't share control.

The worst thing about this is I'm incapable of communicating and playing at the same time.
It looks something like this: "cont. your guy. give. move. cotol"
Him: "huh?"
After everything is dead:
Me: "share control"
him: "ohhhhhh"
Hardly an all-in.
But yeah, some dudes don't know what to do after suffering the most minor of setbacks.
Doing "Play Cooperatively" while solo really exposes you to some sad players. Me and two randoms against three computers. I don't know the map name, but it's one where each team has their bases by each other. The comps' first push around the 6-8 minute mark approaches. They end up attacking the ally on the opposite side of me. I send all my zealots over and the other ally sends his units. The attacked ally loses all his army and some depots and such at the front, but the rest of us take out the attack. His economy is still intact as they never made it to his worker blob, and most of his buildings are fine. Then he leaves the game.
One attack on you and you bail? Now that's tenacity.
agreed there are some terrible players there, but it's harmless since they aren't ready for Quick Match VS ppl
i would say that sometimes when i do co-op VS ai, i like to do terrible experimental builds that i'd never use in a real game. co-op is a good mode to just mess around with units since it's not competitive

Did you use Corrupt on thos BattleCruisers?
I did! But even with corrupt, I'd take out like two cruisers and lose my whole swarm of corrupters.
Then he built a shitload of missile turrets, which took me a while to get rid of and by then I guess he won the epic battlecruiser vs. corrupter race.

Talking about maps and such a page or so back, I kind of wonder if/when Blizzard is going to drop the "map pack DLC for $5" on us, or something. Since they're entirely in control of the content, and given Activision's business model with MW2, it seems like it's coming sooner or later.

Probably is, and 90% of the people in this thread (me included) will pay it.
which is offensive ggs, shit talking, cheese can be considered BM because it "undermines your opponent" or something. And offensively floating off your CC/buildings (not as an offense but when you know you're lost and are stalling the game). Pausing without a reason is also bm as well as unpausing when they do give one, if they don't give areason for pausing just unpause.

it is like powerpoint mode only it isn't my FPS that is low, and even when i can click things there is a 5 second delay
no such thing as micro like that, and no such thing as macro when you can't complete an action and stay focused because it pauses every 2 seconds
i ended up with 2 bases and 1 extractor on lairtech trying to pump hydras, constantly supply blocked
