looking for the games mentioned in the PA panel at PAX

There was a guy at the PA panel following the keynote speech who engaged in a conversation about recent games with Tycho. He mentioned a couple of games that sounded interesting. I thought I remembered one of them being called "Raconteur" or "Racketeer" or some such. Can some kind soul guide me to the web sites of the publishers of both games?
