    Nope; you can choose to save the hits from Frenzy to combine with your normal hits in the region. (see page 16 in the rules, under "Early Hits")

    However, if you do not assign them before rolling the rest of your dice, you lose the "early" nature of the hit, so killed targets still get their own dice.

    Nurgle to roll for Norsca before I can finish this up.
