This is a minor issue, but the current interactive Scars of Mirrodin banner hides my cursor. It's visible when I move it, but stationary, it vanishes. It still works, but it's irritating. If I mouseover it to activate it, the cursor works again.
I'm using Chrome 5.0.375.127 on Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1.
@vgreminders - Don't miss out on timed events in gaming! @gamefacts - Totally and utterly true gaming facts on the regular!
Same here in Windows Vista, Firefox 3.6.7.
It even does it if I'm in a different tab from the one the ad is playing in. It's pretty annoying.
edit: it also kind of makes it shimmy a little if you only move your cursor slowly, making it difficult to position over links.
Running XP SP3, I'm seeing this problem in Chrome 6.0.472.59 and IE 8. I didn't manage to check it out in FireFox (either 3.6.8 or .10) as the ads weren't shuffling properly and I never saw the offending ad.
ok for some reason this wasn't happening to me before but now it is
I was about to say that it was being caused by a different ad but I just noticed I have the MtG ad open in another window somehow, I don't even remember opening a second window but WHATEVER
if it is still relevant to post browser and OS I'm using Firefox 3.6.9 in Windows XP

Thanks for letting me know guys.
Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8 (If it still needs to be more specific, tell me).
It's really irritating.
Don't need to apologize. We're the ones complaining!
WotC is going to regenerate a new ad without the mouse over. I would expect to see the new ad in place in a few days.
Good to know that they're making a new one!

We seem to be running into a very old flash bug involving tabbed browsing and mouse cursor changes. (link #1, link #2)
I'm not a flash guru, so I'm going to trust that the solution it isn't as simple as replacing the cursor when the ad loses focus.
