Lol! Maybe I'm just crazy in wanting to see a badass volus. I mean, some have to be soldiers or security guards right? There has to be some volus who are more physically powerful that other volus. And beyond that if they didn't have some kind of weapons skills, how could they evolve into the apex species of their planet? What happened when they fought tribal wars?
The volus homeworld is just one big downslope: they roll/bowl each other down in disputes.
The Blasto trailer on Illium is already that, in a way. Dual wielding the revenant and another gun, pumping mercs full of lead, following up with the Cain and then walking away from the explosion in the background, blazing sword style.
I mean we're already part Cyborg. Bioware should have went crazy with it.
that's what the save editor is for
really
@dashui: i'm a big believer in the hyperion motto:
"Hyperion asks, 'What good is a gun that doesn't shoot where you point it?' Get a gun that's as accurate as you are!" - Marcus Kincaid
Revenant = Vladof
"Vladof! You don't need to be a better shot, you just need to shoot more bullets!"
"Want to shoot a lot of bullets really fast? Vladof has your needs covered!"
but see the geth pulse rifle has an insane fire rate, awesome ammo capacity, AND accuracy

Seriously, words cannot express how much I love the little drone in Liara's new headquarters. He's just so cute! Feron doesn't like him, can I have him? Can I have him and keep him forever?

Why do you hurt me, Orca
Oh my god what if you could dress him up like in a little hat
Huh so this is like my third playthrough and I only just realised that Aria
is or was a spectre
Nah, just a commando. Lots of asari commandos about; you kill about a zillion of them.
It is theorized that
Aria is Aleena, the commando Wrex told you about in one of his stories. From the wiki:
When Shepard asks Aria about her history, some evidence points to her being Aleena, an asari commando whom Urdnot Wrex spoke about in Mass Effect:
* Aria states that Patriarch is "not the first krogan [she's] ever pissed off".
* She informs Shepard that she has held many other names in the past, and was once a mercenary commando.
* In his story about Aleena, Wrex mentioned that he presumed her dead after a long battle, due to the location of their conflict being destroyed in a large explosion, until he received a message saying "better luck next time". Aria uses that phrase — or a variation of it — on more than one occasion when speaking to Shepard.
* When Shepard presses Aria by stating that "old enemies means old friends," she looks slightly sad, replying "sometimes you'd rather disappear than be forced to kill someone."
Not concrete evidence, but there is a lot of similarities there.

I never liked the GPR because the variable fire rate means I'm never sure if popping up for X seconds quickly will be enough to kill this guy or not. If you've got an SMG, you don't need the barrier/shield boost, and other ARs just feel better to me overall (plus, armor bonus is nice for husk rushes).
If they keep up with ME1 squadmate DLC, maybe we could finagle Wrex off Tuchanka to solve some Omega problem and have a little confrontation with Aria.
And wrap up with a Wrex romance. Wromance, if you will. Wrexmancer. WREXMANCIPATION
Anybody got advice for a Soldier who has never done Horizon on Insanity?
Meta-gaming tactics within:
Eventually you will come to a very large door. I think you have to use bypass security to open it, but maybe not, I don't remember. If you've done other playthroughs, you'll know it as the last area of the mission.
If you open the door, but don't run through, you can snipe the two Scions behind the center console and they will not activate.
If you do not do this, you have to fight two scions with their damn rape guns while being overwhelmed with a shitload of husks. It is probably the most difficult part of the game, bar none (due to lack of upgrades and such). So it might be a good idea to save right before the doors just in case you get tired of dying or something.

He's playing a soldier. He's already won.
Take neural shock as your extra ability. It insta-kills husks without armor and it has a super short cooldown so it won't interrupt adrenaline rush spam too badly. And you only need to put one talent point into it. If you have Stolen Memories, then you can go into Horizon with the 20% Tech cooldown reduction making Nerual Shock even better.
Take Grunt and Miranda. Grunt because he eats Husks and can Concussive Shot barriers when he's not eating Husks. Miranda because you get her bonuses even when she's dead and she can warp when she's not dead.
The double scion part is really the only part that should be hard.

Don't listen to him. Take Zaeed, cuz his Inferno Grenade goes through groups of Husks like water.
Right at the end just when you kiss liara I missed a paragon interrupt, anyone know what I missed out on? Don't really want to do the whole fight again to find out.

Curly, I love you like a brother but your perverted ways have got to stop. Do I need to stage an intervention?

Oh, is this dlc?
Nah. You get it if you do Haestrom on Hardcore or Insanity.
Oh, that's pretty cool.
Try it yourself, risk-free!

What happens if
Don't play games with my heart.
Yeah, that's the other thing - ammo mods are less effective vs every other non-Avenger.
They tried to bury us. They didn't know that we were seeds. 2018 Midterms. Get your shit together.
Mattock if you have it + heavy/squad warp ammo = many dead collector mans
