Help: CPU Temp. Readings

Alright so attached is a screenshot of Everest showing my CPU temperature at 79C, is this an incorrect reading? I checked the BIOS settings and it said the current CPU temperature was 36C which sounds much better to me. There's no heat around the CPU cooler and I've tried reseating the heatsink and applying new thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5). Please let me know if I should be worried.
