The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
1) Slowly wear down the number of grunts by standing near a corner, shooting, then hiding like a scared little girl.
2) When the grunts are gone, flip out at the elites until they become so confused by your incessant grenade throwing and shooting that they simply die.
I spend all of my ammo until I have to use crappy covenant weapons.
And then I die dozens of times.
And then I get really pissed off so I flip out by meleeing everybody.
I am voting for this one. Also to rewrite my post that was done when [chat] got closed.
The technology would move to either high volume rapid fire weapons to overload the shield or towards some sort of electrical or similar weaponry to either ignore it or overload the armor/components that generate the shield. This would probably be also deadly but at this level of technology you could probably include a secondary high speed round that would puncture armor and do massive damage. Maybe an explosive round of some sort.

Yeah, I was playing with my landlord's kid, but then the kid's retarded friends showed up so I was like "okay bros I'm mucho tired desu, peace out, hep kitties."
It would probably be very effective if you were able to analyze the sample such that it processed specific formants and harmonics so that it created a more "padded" feel as opposed to a bitcrushed one.
I really don't think you can tune this to do very much. The extra tones it makes are multiples of the sample rate, though I did shove an LFO in there to control the bit delay and you could definitely control that in a sane manner and make interesting sounds. Or just change the sample rate before going in to do what you want.
It sounds "bitcrushed" because really this is a generalized bitcrusher. If you were to go in and set the strings to, say, "1111111100000000" and "0000000000000000", you'd get a standard bit crush effect.

I ordered an old fashioned at legal seafoods last night and it was the macerated orange and cherry standby.
I mean the whiskey bitters and sugar is a fine drink but the one with muddled fruit is probably more common these days and is a tasty drink in it's own right

And then I am the winner.

Not enough synths or boops
All you have to do is bro out with the bros. It's not an especially hard game.
I can't actually imagine Podly playing anything

It's uh copacetic and kawaii
