So I have 1350 IP burning a hole in my pocket. Not buying my BFF Veigar just yet, since he'll be free for the rest of the week and I'll almost certainly pick him up then. Any suggestions? I'm kind of eying Nasus, but it doesn't look like he sees a ton of play - is he underpowered in some way that I'm missing at a glance?

Usually there's one channel with a million billion people in it while the rest are being used for games, so it can't hurt to hop in just that one channel to see if anyone's looking for folks.

Nasus is a pretty balanced hero that's really versatile so if that's what you're looking for he'd be a good choice. The fun part about him is that ideally you're rarely building him the same way all the time outside of a few core items.

I seem to suck balls at playing hard carries. I just get murdered early every game and never really recover. I think I'll just have to stick with Shen/Kayle/Annie/Ashe and sometimes Nasus.

I wish I was better at last hitting with Shen so it I could get decent items before the game is well over half done. Also what is the pvp.net channel? Didn't even know you could make channels.

nasus is really weak for a tank, minimal disruption, He really only affects a couple champions since he can only slow peoples attack speed, and the armor debuff is less than spectacular.

Nasus has his role, if you're bored and want to try something new (normal/practice game) try jungle nasus. With his ult he can take down dragon pretty quick. Plus he's a fucking dog-man.

can't describe exactly how to do it without the pvp.net window in front of me.

Click on the "Group" button in the bottom right of the friends list. Then somewhere in that section there is a "Create/Join group" button. Click on that and type "penny arcade"

Once you do that you can click on the little gear icon in the group chat window and set to autojoin on startup.

Nasus can do more than just tank! He's also a pretty good beefy DPS. Or offtank.

Basically the best thing about Nasus is that he can fill lots of niches.

nasus is terrible he sits around deals some good damage every team his q is up and sits there with his ult on in team fights...he has minimal dps out up at best, morde does everything better than nasus does and morde isnt even a good champion

I like Teemo because he was fast and I loved the mobility. I like Singed for the same reason because he does well with boots 3 and movespeed quints. Also, because he is hard to chase and hard to get away from.
