Win 7 can't see Micro SD, though card works

So, I have a micro SD card (Sansisk, 2Gb) that i use for DS Lite homebrew. It has stuff on it, and is readable and works via the DS
But, when i try to read it off the computer, it wants to format it, and can't even do that.
are there drivers or something i need for win 7 to see it?

Maybe its using a format/filesystem that is not compatable with windows

either way, my pc read/wrote to it just fine back when

installed it, didn't help

and have you put it back in the DS since you started this to make sure the files are visible still.
I know you mentioned it in the op but you didnt say when.
