Plus there was a mode where you played as an armoured knight with a revolver for some reason. It was awesome.
The part that makes you walk slowly while carrying nitroglycerin was evil. Any running or getting hit by enemies blew you up. I loved it because it was such a dick move by the developers.
It is one of the most ridiculous sequences I have ever seen in a 3d video game

I pre-ordered this off Amazon last night so I could get the $20 game credit for future use
PS3 version
Yeah but God of War is awesome
Also I liked Lament of Innocence, never played Castlevania 64 or Curse of Darkness
I'm okay with them borrowing from one of the best if what they were doing earlier wasn't working out for them.
"Water. Holy. Cold."
Smiling at this. Bravo.
So European people log in and get it
And Americans, log into your phony Euro accounts and get it

Why do you hate freedom?

Make it not a whip or use the whip for controlling enemies and then swording them to death.

Fucking. Yes!
It's Castlevania, it has to be a whip
I started watching the gameplay trailer, and I love how they used music from Super Castlevania IV at the beginning.
Speaking of which, I loves me some Super Castlevania IV and SotN. SOOO MUCH.
How about a gun that shoots whips?
Secret Satan 2013 Wishlist
Yeah, because you can whip in eight directions.
Dude, I love EVERYTHING about that frakking game.
Use a totally different combat style maybe? Use the whip for grappling, countering, disarming, utilizing the surroundings in different ways perhaps.
Just something that isn't freaking identical to God of War's chaos blades.
Either way there's no way to get away from comparisons of the two games. I would just accept Lords of Shadow on its merits rather than get upset that it's similar to God of War.
Castlvania is still better, though.
so much for work today.
But I watched the review on Gametrailers, and my enthusiasm was dampened a little.
