Math question - GCF and LCM [Solved on my own!]

So I'm filling out the homework for the next class that I teach and I'm kinda stumped with this one. Not really sure how to go about it.

When 75, 111 and 183 are divided by a certain number, they all leave the same remainder of 3. Find the largest possible value of this number.

The lesson is on GCF and LCM. Last class they already learned how to get both by finding the prime factors of each number. I'm not sure what to do with this one though. I know that 3 divides evenly into all three numbers but then I don't know what to do next. I assumed it's GCF question, am I wrong?

Edit: Whoops, nevermind, found the answer. Subtract 3 from all numbers and THEN find the GCF.
