It is really god damn hard to get together a game when everyone wants to play 3.5, or already has full games going, or only plays in the middle of the week, or is a giant douchebag who really only lives to TPK.
Okay I've never really played D&D or anything like it in my life. I had never really seen people play it until I watched the live D&D game that is in the news post.
I am super amazed at how awesome it was. I really wish i knew someone who played it, so that i could try it.

hey maptools people, is there any place where i could obtain like a per-made campaign thing for Keep on the Shadowfel?
I want to try possibly running a maptools game but I know nothing about it from the DM angle, and very little about how the program works so having an already made campaign deally would help some of these problems right out of the gate.

I have the D&D 4E Core rules, PHB2, MM2, and Adventurer's Vault.
I'll sell it to ya for cheap. I'd just like to get rid of them, since I never play 4E anymore and probably won't again. Really, I'm kinda hoping to just get enough that I can buy Dead Rising 2 for PC. Because then I can do a Lets Play for that, and won't that be great?

Fear no longer autobreaks, and you need to spend at least %25 of your points on core choices.
The VC also have to deal with the new casting system, which has not been kind to them.
Edit: Now the big thing is apparently wizards with the power scroll (which pretty much everyone has access to, at least), and Dark Elf Jihad Sorceresses.
Do we know anything about the Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdoms racial adjustments they're going to implement? I haven't seen anything yet, but I'd like to, as I have a Tiefling and a Drow in my party.

The drow in my group is the penultimate power gamer in my group. It's fucking annoying. He gets mad when he rolls less than 80% of his max damage. "ah, it's a low damage, I only rolled a 3"
