they crushed the other team yesterday in 4 sets, where they lost the 3rd set just because I was screwing around with the rotation
2nd set score was 25-15
4th set score was 25-8
I'd never seen such a thrashing during a volleyball semifinal, not in 14 years of volleyball!

the only ben and jerrys flavor i haven't loved was cherry garcia. too much cherry. but i still finished off the pint i bought though.
i get back, enter the house, and the following things happen in this order:
a) i realize i can take a freaking bath and like read a book and stuff in the goddam bath, so i fill up the tub
b) i see my cat, finally, and hang out with him and tell him i missed him and remind him that he's the best thing ever to exist, ever
c) i check my messages on my phone that hasn't had service in months and see that there's only one, from a girl telling me her next three weekends are free and why don't i come over some time?
and i've basically been :] all day since then
...that my low standards were not unreasonable.
Actually, I'm in a good mood because I'm halfway through my first semester of college in a decade. Finally working on that career change.
