Is anyone else having troubles trying to play TF2 this week?
Not I.
You said you were getting stuck at "Parsing Game Info", does that happen when you load a map via the console(map map_name) or create a server from the main menu? If you do create a server, you could have a friend try to connect to it, and see how that goes.
If either of those load a map successfully, the problem might be with not getting data from the servers you're trying to play on. You want to make sure you've got all the necessary ports open on your router.
Also, how are you connecting to the internet? If you're on a college network, for instance, they may be blocking the ports.

College Campus. Thing is I played TF2 all weekend without problems. It started happening Sunday night. I restarted STEAM and it worked. Then monday it happened again, only its permanent. Plus Counter-Strike Source seems to work still. =|

ebo is like the literal form of forum posting. Unless he explicitly states the feeling he's conveying, you might not pick up on it.
I think you're just taking my wording a bit too literally. I don't think he genuinely gets "mad" but he does get noticeably frustrated when his team sucks.

The PA TF2 servers are what they are and there's very few PAers who refuse to play on one server or another.
Yeah, the servers can be loud and annoying, I'm a big offender in that area, but I think it'd be hard to surpass the sense of community we have. All-talk may have its disadvantages but it's a great way to taunt one's opponents and just have fun in general.
It sucks you're disappointed but variety is the spice of life and all that.

Maybe things were worse earlier on in this game or maybe I've just been lucky with the pubs I've entered - but I've only entered pubs that are either barely communicating to begin with (save for a handful of polite talkers) or a group of dudes who are obviously drinking and just having a good time, not giving a shit.
What about going fish scout earlier and having 1 or 2 natasha heavies on the opposite team? What about PA people's need to play 'not to lose'? (IE: We're losing, quick, more heavies!)
