Oh there'd be a webcam set up watching you suffer. As the life drains from your face people would phone in more and more money just to make your life a tiny bit worse than it already clearly is. I mean, people pay to watch other people play Desert Bus, not to actually watch a video game bus drive across the desert.
Everytime we get over $100 for one hour or something then you get sent into an AE mission with a 5 minute timer and like, 100 glowies, only one of which actually ends the mission. If you don't finish in time then something exciting happens. Well, exciting for everyone but you.
EDIT: Oh and yeah take whatever powers you want, the only rule is that brawl is the only attack you can ever use. So you'll never die but it'll take you foreeeeever to kill anything. Oh wait granite has -damage in it also! ahahahahaha that's the other reason I love that idea.
Assume you autoclick Brawl, never need to wait for health or recovery or another minion to punch, all things you're fighting have no Smashing resistance and give 100% XP, and don't regenerate because that's just gonna make the math messier and the numbers even higher ... are you allowed to enhance Brawl at all, or maybe put procs in it? Let's assume no.
By my math, that's 360,951 brawls to get to level 32. 1,021,491.33 seconds. 283.74 straight hours of brawling. Almost 12 straight days.

That's if you stick solely to street sweeping though, right?
Mission completion XP will probably cut a good bit off that number. Unless of course, one of the rules is "No missions"...

And that's exactlly the kind of math I was looking for when I originally put forth the "no combat" question.

Back in the early days there was a group on Justice called THE REAL MEN that used no primary or secondary powers and no travel powers. So, Brawl and the fighting pool. And leadership.
Basically you'd punch someone and run away a lot. But if you could get the right missions, and a team of MANLY MEN together, you could get a ton of XP for clicking the glowy or taking out the boss. It was actually a lot of fun, as long as you were teaming. Watching eight people run up to a boss, punch him, and run the hell away was hilarious and terrifying.
[NPC] Air Thorn Caster: You're in over your head, fool!
[NPC] MEGA PUNCHER: I'LL PUNCH YOU OVER YOUR HEAD, FOOL.
seriously, not beating this
(edit) furthermore,
You have defeated a Truck Full of Stolen Dogs
Dogs just flew like all over the place, but they're out of the hands of thieves. Good job!
Do I look like the sort of man who'd go and find unsuspecting Japanese schoolgirls in short skirts and white panties and ask them if they want to see my "Cthulu Special"?
Haha christ did I pick the right pickup BAF to join. Very first run on this character, I got a rare drop AND Master of the BAF AND enough threads and other components to unlock Judgment and make my Void all in one run, starting from zero

Probably bonus points for people that can't stand the tank class doing it?

Also, this is starting to sound less like a charity and more like some creepy Japanese game show.
