Backup Software question...

Anyone know if there is a application, for Windows 7, out there that will compare two directories and sync one to match another (basically completely barebones incremental backup capability)? And only do it once/on command? It's getting ridiculous that I can't find a simple application to do that, stupid feature creep programs now have forced automation, forced file compression, etc...

    Windows 7 comes with robocopy, which can mirror directories with the /mir switch.

    I wish robocopy and synctoy were combined to get hte best of both worlds
