Right now I'm just consuming a bunch of Husky's stuff mostly because he explains the motivations behind they competitors actions in terms I can understand.
Is there a good way to observe in-game matches? I could never figure that out.

You cannot obs games. There are only a few slots for the actual casters. We all watch streams of the games from GSL (www.gomtv.net) that are casted by Artosis and Tasteless, whom (who?) are pretty awesome. And those games are live.
If you can't afford the $20 subscription to GomTv they have a free low quality stream, or there might be restreams around....but...ya.

It was a [strike]textbook example[/strike]* good example of someone looking at his opponent and using his weaknesses. Fauxer definitely did his homework and found the holes in FruitDealers play. It was a bit sad to watch but really impressive.

Lack of scouting aside, in g2, I feel like Fruit Dealer got too greedy and wasted too many resources teching instead of making units. Droning is all well and good, but you need an actual army to back them up. Plus, he forgot the most crucial upgrade: Baneling speed. All the medivacs in the world wouldn't save the marines' faces from melting if he had gotten that.

I am picking up a very decently priced new laptop that can run this baby at 35 fps at medium settings - not great, but nothing to complain about for the price I am getting.
Which I am actually looking forward to as I have been playing this on my old ass desktop that runs it at about 20 fps on low settings.

Don't worry, Zerg is quite a bit more difficult to learn than the other races. Zerg essentially has a whole other resource (larvae management) to worry about, and relies on having a good knowledge of specific timing windows to do well.

I had one on Scrap Station that was the opposite. It turned into a base trade and I came out SLIGHTLY ahead.. but he relocated to the island. He turtled up and threw down all kinds of turrets while I rebuilt, so I did the same.... completely surrounding the island.
I had 5 or 6 bases with turrets, Thors, and a blockade of Vikings stopping anything he tried to move off the island. I could have "just killed him" a couple times but I have to admit it was fun seeing my defensive line stretch the entire upper part of the map.

Hah, Artosis' face at NEXgenius' rigorous practice schedule kills me.
I am appalled I can beat diamond players so easily.
TvT became an epic base race and my harass had snowballed so he flanks around I just flat out destroy his defenses and and tearing his base apart while he pecks at mine.

Sweet christ that terran player was good. Just amazing control, his ability to spread his marines around to minimize baneling damage was masterful.
