A few weeks ago, I ran a virus scan and got two results. These weren't really the problem - the problem arose when I deleted them, and with them, apparently a Windows file necessary to update. Compounding this is the fact that I can't get the file name back from the scan logs - it deleted it after a few days. Right now my computer takes a very long time to boot up and shut down because it tries and tries to finish installing these updates, but still lingers at 0%. I'm in Windows 7, 64 bit if that's any help. Thanks in advance, you guys have always helped me out before.
