When I first saw your post, I thought you were saying that Biny over there had been running around cybering with all the alliance guys. (Or ERPing as they call it these days.)
In the CoV Patron missions you get sent 20 years to the future and see what happens if The Destiny Project is fulfilled.
After a whole lists of wars (note, the Second Rikti Invasion was one, as well as the 5th Column return), you, as The Destined One, finally help Recluse kill and defeat the heroes. He then turns on you, and you kill each other in a final fight. The world is then destroyed by various methods (if Black Scorpion is your Patron, robots take over, with Ghost Widow, ghosts destroy the world, etc) leaving few or no survivors.
You supposedly stop this from happening by going to the future and killing Recluse, and bringing back his helmet to show the present Recluse that he's underestimated you. He then halts the Destiny Project and lets you go make your own destiny.
....Or do you? I have a theory that the timeline goes; future you kills heroes, Recluse kills you, modern you shows up and kills Recluse and goes back home, people find two bodies and figure you killed each other, shortly followed by total Armageddon.
Just a theory.

My laptop was very old and did not have any way to convert the screenshots to jpg or whatever
the 3.5 drive was also broken
