So is this super ultimate edition going to be in great abundance or super limited? Cause I can wait for 6 months if I have to and get it for 100 bucks instead of 150 if I have to. But if it's limited then I guess I'd have to jump on it now just to get that RC car with the built in camera. Have any reports come in about it being any good? Like 6 months ago one of my sources in Activision said that the tires were insanely cheepo on the prototype, but they might have made it better since then.
Also if I'm just trying to save money would you recommend I just buy it now, use my 20 dollars Amazon credit and collect another 20 dollars in credit for buying it before release, essentially getting it for 110 bucks instead of 150?
I'd love some opinions, because time is running short and I only so many hours left to decide. Few leaked reviews are saying it's a solid 8.5-9.5 game, but nothing on the quality of the RC car.
So those of you that already have the game how would you compare it to MW2? Anybody that does have it have the RC car, what would you say about it?
Watching this makes the hit detection on the ballistic knife look really spotty, but maybe that's connection problems. Either way, Gun Game looks like it's going to rock so hard.

The RC car is fun as hell both to use and to destroy. It's a real sphincter-clenching moment when you're walking down a hallway and a car zips across like a black cat. A nice feature is once you die, the car gets a timer so you can't drive it around forever.
Compared to MW2 it doesn't feel as cleanly-designed, but that's mainly UI and motion transition and doesn't bear on balance, which I can't really comment on yet. The sprint dive is a nice legitimisation of dolphin-diving but IMO is takes you a little too far forward - I'm used to running and going prone on a Domination spot in MW2 and using the same technique in this propels me past the point with a thud. Comical, but annoying until I adapt to it. I've also thrown myself off a cliff trying to go prone at the edge of it.
The SAM turret is a little overpowered, I think. It takes down air support pretty much as soon as it's called in. I'm going to wait until it's used against us as a team before I call it, though - it could be easy to counter.
Helicopters fly a lot lower and are a lot harder to shoot down because they're behind cover more.
EDIT: Oh, you mean the RC car in the Prestige edition? I can guarantee you it'll be completely terrible. Maybe even one of those that only has a 'go straight' and 'turn left' button.

I was actually asking about the quality of the RC car toy in the Prestige edition. What would you rate the game over all out of 5 or 10?

I haven't played it enough for a review yet. I like a lot of the stuff they've done but I can't shake the feeling that it's a little sub-par, but again I think that's mainly a UI thing. It's a problem I had with WaW as well - it's just not quite as cohesive and it colours it just slightly.
It definitely still feels like MW2 did for me, but I also never had the rage that other people did, so I don't know. I'm kinda bummed that I don't get to rush B and shield, but I like that I can shoot down killstreaks with a default class. There's a lot of that kind of tradeoff.
I just hope they've designed some things themselves and not completely pandered to the audience. Things like nukes being removed and killstreaks not leading into others might be what the audience say they want, but I'm just hoping they work out properly.

The Hilarious thing was when I watched this the first thing I thought was "Man Sir-Mix-A-Lot has lost a LOT of weight" and then he started talking and I was like oh wait a second.
Welp I took one look at the 200 or so folks gathered outside the gamestop at 10:45 and promply walked to a starbucks to enjoy some scones, coffee and free wifi for the next hour or so till the line thins.

Ohhhhhhhh, fuck you with your 24 hour Starbucks. I think we only have one left in Vegas, and it's nowhere near where I want to be.

Now that pisses me off, how dare a customer come in when we don't feel like it and are still open. It's not like you walked in 10 seconds to closing and demanded a really complicated order.
Hah. I just checked though, and the one down the street is open until 9:30. I may need to refresh my caffeine levels, because my Hype/Sleepiness ratio is starting to tilt toward the latter.
EDIT: Spaniard, my buddy works at Bank of America, and one time this old lady comes in at 4:55 (closes at 5) and wants to open a business account or some shit. She then goes on to tell him that she goes in to banks late just to prove a point. What fucking point, you old buzzard? But yeah, I'm with you when the situation involves something that takes 3 minutes to make.
Well it didn't bother me to much I have a feeling they thought I might have brought a crowd with me. Anyways the collection of humanity waiting in line for this is pretty scary to be honest.

Goes without saying. I'll probably show up at 11:55 and be the last one. Which is acceptable. The one I'm going to never seems to have more than 100 people there, and even that's stretching it a bit.

You say that like it's a bad thing. See also Predator.
Bennett loves you all!
Did none of you assholes watch the video I posted last page?
"We're losing A!" "No, we're taking A." "Wait, so we don't have B? Why am I defending it and not capping?!"

Sick fucking quality.
There's a whole collection of them. The Conan one is also awesome. And the Rambo one. The Commando one might just be the best there is, though.
Bullshit or truth? Because its not a pretty wait for the nest bus if its the truth
Although the old 'don't preorder, walk to the Best Buy over the street and grab one off the shelf' strategy will probably work just fine.

Working at a pawn shop for 2 years I have amassed a....sizeable amount of Gamestop credit. I only get games at Gamestop for the time being

He doesn't really seem to be enjoying himself...
Predator is about AIDS.
Sandy was the Booster Hunter right?
