    NFL 2010 Midseason Highlights

While it's still anyone's league halfway through the season, the first nine weeks of pro football have provided some undeniably intriguing moments.

    * Week 1: The new Meadowlands Stadium gets off to an awkward start when the Jets walk in on the completely naked Giants in the locker room.
    * Week 2: Quarterback Trent Edwards successfully holds the Bills offense to 186 yards
    * Week 3: Cowboys get right back on track with a win over the Texans and have a whole bye week to prepare for a deep playoff run
    * Week 4: Bears realize they're giving up a number of sacks because center Olin Kreutz is hiking defensive linemen at Jay Cutler
    * Week 5: Charlie Batch throws for three touchdowns during a rerun of a Steelers game from 2006
    * Week 6: Ben Roethlisberger emerges from his soul-searching period with a breakthrough: He remembers where he left the Jet Ski keys
    * Week 7: James Harrison calls off his retirement plans when he finds out it's illegal to hit someone in the head in the real world too
    * Week 8: Bye
    * Week 9: Players and fans collectively breathe a sigh of relief, as it's just nice to have a moment without Randy Moss there

I'm not worried about no Chester. He ain't on our team, so I really don't care about him. Ain't no damn Vikings, I don't care about them. That's just like y'all. Y'all don't work for the Vikings. So that's how I roll. You on opposite teams? That's Chester's bad. That's just how I feel about him

Down here in Dallas, there was a big news story the other day. The cowboys starting lineup showed up at a local YMCA to teach kids how to play football. The kids got a kick out of it, especially when they beat the Cowboys 30-3.

    Geaux Saints!

Must have been a real stretch for him to play an imprisoned wide receiver in the remake of The Longest Yard.

As a Giants fan, how much joy did it give you to write that on a scale of 1 to breaking Joe Theismann's leg?

I would say it's pretty high up there. Probably a breaking Tony Romo's clavicle.

How he talks in this interview is how he sounds in every interview of him I've ever seen.

Jared Allen destroys Johnny Knoxville twice and does his sack dance, and Josh Brown kicks a field goal into someone's face.

    They were both pretty great.

I have Manningham in already. Looks like I'll have to start Ward in Smith's place. Hopefully he will have a good game against New England's weak pass defense.

Mr. Touchdown, Spencer Havner, signed. I love Havner.

I hope so. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy. He's hilarious and an overall great guy, but he's old and slow and past his prime. The Packers need to get their heads out of their ass and replace the entire offensive line (save for Bulaga) and retrain everyone. Sure, we'll suck for a year, but we'll have a young, fresh line that will play every down with each other and know how their linemates think.

frankly I think he might be overplaying the doubtfulness. Harvin did practice since having a migraine which usually means that it's going away or gone. There's always the chance that it flares back up again, but I get the feeling Percy will be out there come Sunday.

    ...

    I hope he is.
