I just watched the NFL Sound FX from last week. They had Clay Matthews mic'd up.

Late in the game after getting a sack on Kitna, he is on the sidelines and LB coach Kevin Greene says "you need an interception with a touchdown now."

"Nah," says Matthews "you know I ain't got no hands."

lol I would kill to see this.

    You're in luck - http://www.nfl.com/videos/green-bay-packers/09000d5d81c05b38/Sound-FX-Big-play-Clay-wired-vs-Big-D

My favorite part is him teasing other OLB, Frank Zombo about a pimple. "I mean, your girlfriend loves you for who you are."

    Bahahaha!

"We're so Hollywood coming out in the 4th quarter. Not even finishing the game."

But really they were just hoping to emulate this.

I blown away when I was at the Skins/Pack game and I started screaming KUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHNNNNNNN the first time he carried, and when I stopped, I could still hear it being yelled all around the stadium.

Mike McCarthy's only goal in life is to run the T-formation on the first play of the Super Bowl.

I know that is what he is thinking.

Every team from here on out should forfeit to the Packers just so this amazing dream can come to fruition.

This is the shit that pisses me off about the NFL

"Cincinnati wide receiver Chad Ochocinco(notes) and New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott(notes) were each fined $20,000 by the NFL on Friday for violating the league’s uniform policy.

Ochocinco wore gold cleats during the Bengals’ 27-21 loss at Pittsburgh on Monday night. He was previously fined $25,000 for violating the league’s social media policy.

Scott was fined for playing without having his chin straps snapped at all times—a safety issue—during the Jets’ 23-20 overtime victory at Detroit last week."

That's ridiculous. I mean, why is the league doing this? Why are the teams not stepping in and enforcing these things, if they're so damn important (and the chin strap thing arguably is)?

If the league wants to take a strong stance on something, that's cool. Hold the teams accountable for the actions of the players that the team chooses to employ. Then the teams' ownership and management can hold the players accountable.

$20,000 for a chinstrap? I didn't see the whole game, did he never put it on all the way? That's the only reasoning I can think of for that big of a fine.

Bernard Berrian was fined $5,000 for his awesome yellow shoes last week. At the game everyone was like "oh man check out his shoes, that is awesome." And then when I would remark to them that he'll very likely be fined, most people were shocked to hear it.

XFL wouldn't have this "fining for hits" shit. Hell they would probably push the offense back for allowing themselves to being that bitchified by the defense.

And then at half time the bitchiest wide receiver is trotted out to the 50 yard line naked, tarred, feathered and then launched in a catapult over the score board.

If he clears it then his team gets 6 points.

Didn't the XFL introduce some good ideas into pro-football the NFL is still using today? I never watched the XFL so I don't know how accurate that is.
