I couldn't think of what to update it as, so I went with that.
Man, I traded hats for prices that were INSANE and I only got four or five responses. Either I didn't have a good stock, or people just aren't as interested anymore.
EDIT: BTW, I have an embarressing ammount of crates and nobody jumped on my "selling 1 create for 1 scrap metal" deal. I've heard people have been getting 2-3 scrap metals per crate: where are you guy selling them at?

This is just my perspective but it seems like people aren't jonesing for crates anymore. I think it would be hard to trade a crate for a scrap. I gave away 5 or so crates to someone on reddit midwest. When opening them he ran across a sombrero to which he gladly traded back to me for a refined.
I think someone else gave him 8-10 crates for free as well.

When crates first came out we thought they were going to be this rare awesome thing full of goodness.
Now, the reality is that crates drop every 5 minutes and people dont want to spend 2500 dollars a week to unlock them all, since they tend to drop bullshit items that cost less than the key that opens it 99% of the time.
Nobody who posts here actually plays this game anymore. Some people might say something like "thanks for the fun games today guys!" or post some screenshots from "last night" but that's just a clever ruse to make this chat thread seem relevant.

how many of you guys still play on the PA servers? I never see anyone on anymore.
I have been playing BC2 a lot lately. It is going to be monopolizing my time even more when the new maps and Vietnam comes out. Sadly this game is just become stale for me. I hope that Valve really gets cranking on a major overhaul for TF2 or a new IP.

I've been pretty much only playing this when I do play games. Maybe a bit more of Soul Calibur because I got my wife into that, but I just haven't been playing games as much lately. Plus I've been mapping for this game, so I guess that's sort of TF2 time.
As for PA servers, I play when I see a few mans on or get an invite, but if it's empty I try to go to Reddit. Their backs are stabbable and faces shootable.
Unless something happens to bring back and keep former regulars (such as a season tourny I mentioned) or a new wave of folks start up, it'll be tough see a full server without arranging a group effort for everyone to bug everyone to join.
I won the Iron Curtain in Poker Night, which made me play some tuftoo. I can understand it not having a unique kill icon, but it really should have the minigun one instead of the skull.

the skull is a generic icon for any weapon that does not have an assigned icon I believe.
a lot of the unlockable had the skull until the community made icons for them.
