    The most hilarious skillshot is Ashe's ECA, just because every teamfight it either splashes its hot load all over the enemy team's faces, or it does like a reverse JFK-magic-bullet thing and slides in between every god damn one of them.

    edit: as much as I hate how ugly Reginald is, that's a pretty interesting guide right thurr

    This game is quickly becoming not fun, my recent games are almost all losses now. That isn't even the worst part, playing with PA people they always want to surrender at 25 so I never really got to learn a hero since we surrender so early. Then after our less someone will always quit because they hate losing so we have to wait for another person to join our game which takes quite some time. Playing this game is very, very time consuming since it takes so long to set up a game and then so long to learn a hero since most games are wasted I only learn the early phase.

    I didn't quit out of frustration, I really had to go. I have class in a few minutes and I didn't have time to play another game. Also, though it is sometimes the case that we just get rolled, I often do well with premades. I say keep trying, play with a variety of people, etc.

    Oh I wasn't referencing you, it just happens quite a bit and I am sure most people really do have to go.

    Just making sure. I didn't really see us coming back from that one anyway, I think there was somewhat of a morale issue going on.
    Yeah it just isn't fun when most games end like that.

    I love throwing Heimerdinger's grenades. Ordinarily they're a really hard skill shot to land, since they are obvious and go so slow. It's more of a bluffing game with them. I throw it behind the guy, they fall back and get hit. Next time I throw it right at them, they think it'll go over their head, so they don't dodge, and they get hit.

    Why do people "learn a hero" in actual games with other players? There is a practice mode for a reason.

    I've taken to "learning" heros in inhouses recently. It's a good forum for feedback and questions and trying things out. Then I take what I learn and bring it into 5 mans. Currently learning Ryze who in my opinion is the ultimate anti harasser. Every time someone comes in to harass me they leave with a face full of lightning.

    I'll gladly eat a Zilean bomb if it means he loses half his health.

    i don't like the early surrenders either

    some characters grow into their roles late

    and the dynamics of teams change throughout the game

    and hell, i just don't like surrendering unless it's just a complete foregone conclusion.

    but there are loads of people who just want to bail if they haven't been completely rolling the team after 10 minutes and throw out a surrender at first opportunity.

    and if you vote it down, some will just play incredibly passive-aggressively and not really commit and bitch a lot about how they aren't having fun and why play a game that isn't fun etc.

    this is a problem i have with this game.

    All you really learn in practice games is how your spells work, i.e. are they skill shots, do they have a large cone etc. But after you've figured that out, the only way to learn the champion further is by playing in actual combat scenarios in real games.

    bravo, Zen

    And yeah, I can see why people want the surrender time to be something to be done at, say, 35min rather than 25, and the surrender time is shortened by 5-10 min for every leaver there is or something

    It's not before he bombs you. It's after he bombs you you keep running forward and nail him. In my experience Zilean always expects you to run after being bombed. It lets him set up another one. (This is all in the first 6 levels by the way. Once Zilean gets enough points in his bomb and rewind it is obviously no longer smart to do this.) So What 've been doing is stacking points in my Q which hits pretty hard early on. Usually at lvl 4 I have 2 in Q (The damage is based off ap and Max mana% and I start with mana crystal) 1 point in his root, and 1 point in the bouncing lightning. The range on his Q is actually pretty nice it's Range 600 compared to the bomb range on zilean which is 650 according to Leaguecraft. The Range on Ryze's Bouncing lightning is range 700 but you can bounce it off creeps to get to the enemy as well and it's great for clearing waves.

    The rune prison is that hard one to land since it's only range 500. But with only a 50 range difference it's pretty easy to hit Zilean with both your Q and E every time he tries to bomb you. And Zilean is SUPER SQUISHY so he suffers for it.

    And god forbid you catch him in your rune prison

    These are the "Partial Leaked Patch Notes" - take with a grain of salt, obviously, although the Trundle announcement has me intrigued. And remember, they're only partial, even if true.

    If this is true they really are trying to slowly break apart the aoe meta. And Pantheon's Q just got meganerfed, say hello to maxing E out first
    Trundle

    Decompose(passive): Whenever an enemy dies near Trundle, he is healed for 4% of their maximum health.

    Rabid Bite: Trundle leans in and savagely bites his opponent, dealing physical damage and sapping their Attack Damage stat for himself. “On-Next-Attack” functionality.

    Contaminate: Trundle afflicts the ground around him with his curse, gaining a massive movement speed, attack speed and crowd control reduction boost as long as he stays on it.

    Pillar of Filth: Trundle raises a pillar of filth at target location, blocking collision next to it and eminating a slow aura around it.

    Agony (ultimate): Trundle immediately drains hp, armor and magic resist from an opponent, and drains these values once again over the course of the next 6 seconds. Trundle gains these stats for himself.

    Blitzcrank

    * Overdrive
    o Removed the movement speed reduction at the end of Overdrive.
    * Power Fist
    o Fixed a bug where Power Fist was not breaking spell shields.
    * Updated recommended items
    * Increased his base attack speed
    o This should enhance the effectiveness of the attack speed portion of Overdrive.
    * Static Field’s passive and Power Fist will now display their particles when they kill a unit.

    Corki

    * Missile Barrage
    o Fixed a tooltip typo with Missile Barrage

    Nidalee

    * Pounce
    o No longer deals damage if her jump is interrupted by another movement effect

    Pantheon

    * Overall we wanted to shift some of Pantheon’s power from Spear Shot to Heartseeker Strike so he can better scale into late-game
    * Spear Shot
    o Base damage reduced to 12/24/36/48/60, from 30/40/50/60/70
    * Heartseeker Strike
    o Percent of Attack Damage increased to 28/32/36/40/44%, from 18/22/26/30/34%
    * Grand Skyfall
    o Mana cost reduced to 150, from 150/250/350
    * Aegis Protection
    o Now shows a counter as you build up charges
    o Threshold required to trigger the Aegis increases slightly with game length
    + Should alleviate situations like cannon minions breaking Aegis Protection

    Tristana

    * Rocket Jump
    o No longer deals damage and slows if her jump is interrupted by another movement effect

    Twisted Fate

    * Second Sight
    o No longer provides a benefit to allies while Twisted Fate is dead.

    Veigar

    * Baleful Strike
    o Increased the missile speed by 100.
    * Equilibrium
    o Increased the increased mana regeneration percent to 0.75% from 0.5%.
    * Increased the missile speed of Veigar’s basic attack by 100.

    Vladimir

    * Tides of Blood
    o Fixed a bug where Tides of Blood was not providing Vladimir with enough increased regeneration and healing
    o Fixed a bug where Tides of Blood did not deal full damage if you had 4 stacks before casting

    Xin Zhao

    * Audacious Charge
    o No longer deals damage and slows if his dash is interrupted by another movement effect

    Items

    * Wriggle’s Lantern
    o Now shows a duration in the mana bar, like sight and vision wards
    * Doran’s Blade
    o Increased the damage granted to 8 from 6.
    o Reduced the Health granted to 100 from 120.
    o Reduced the lifesteal granted to 3% from 4%.
    * Doran’s Ring
    o Increased the ability power granted to 15 from 10.
    o Reduced the Health granted to 100 from 120.
    o Reduced the mana per 5 to 4 from 5.
    * Sword of the Divine
    o Added a new hit effect and new activation particle.
    * Several items no longer grant beneficial auras while the item holder is dead, including:
    o Aegis of the Legion
    o Innervating Locket
    o Will of the Ancients

    General

    * Autumn Summoner’s Rift
    o Moved Nashor to the same location as the summer version of Summoner’s Rift.
    * Twisted Treeline
    o Grez the Lizard Lord
    + Increased the HP per player level to 175 from 150.
    + Increased his magic resistance to -20 from -30.
    + Decreased the gold granted to his killer to 50 from 100.
    o Twisted Treeline Super Minions
    + Increased health to 1200 from 1000.
    + Increased their base damage by 30.
    * Masteries
    o Rank 2 of Utility Mastery should now work properly.
    * Removed “hun” from the word filter

    I thought those were the fake patch notes

    Yeah Riot did call them fake. Which alone doesn't necessarily mean they are fake, but they also added that most of the changes made in the fake notes were bad, which is probably something they wouldn't do because it would make them look dumb if the changes made it to live. The fact that the last few leaks were fake as well does support this theory, as well as the fact that it doesn't contain all the changes that were promised in the next patch.

    Entirely possible that someone downloaded the PTR client and was able to figure out the name/abilities of the new champ by datamining or something, but I suppose it's something we'll find out sooner or later.
