I'm volunteering at the library near my house because I'm super bored and also because one of the girls that works there is really cute and told me to uh

also, I can't ever send emails with the opera mail thing, I can receive them fine, but it always gets denied when I try and send one. how bothersome.

1 for cars and 1 for bikes.

I can get a scooter on a permit and ride it without any hassle till I get a full licence for a car.

You need to have a full licence to drive a car without supervision, otherwise you need someone with a full licence riding with you when you're on a permit.

So I'll get a scooter or bike, start taking driving lessons and take the actual driving test in 6 months.

I had an interview earlier this month with a company in my hometown... I was so excited. It would have been a great opportunity and really good pay doing half the work I do now.

I still haven't heard back. I'm about 99% sure I didn't get the job, but I've still got that tiny bit of hope that they're going to call. I wish they'd just get it over with.

I realize penguins probably smell bad and aren't as fun to be around as nature documentaries make them out to be

but when I read that, the only thing I could think was, "how jaded do you even have to be, to not want to feed any more penguins???"

feeding penguins is tough! they bite. you can't just have one or two penguins you have to have like 12 or 13, and everyone has to get the right amount and some of the birds have to have fish with medicine in them and they all have different personalities and some birds just want your attention and don't want the other birds to have anything to eat and will actively try and snatch fish/hit other birds away from your hand and if you don't hold the fish the right way they won't eat it and if you don't have it at just the right height they bite you and they are incredibly difficult to tell apart and if you move too fast or too slow or too close or too far they dive into their cold, watery home to laugh laugh laugh at you and your inadequacies.

and the dude in charge of cleaning the penguin exhibit at the zoo was seriously way too into penguin romance. Like he had sorted out some kind of love triangle and inserted himself into it and it was just really fucking creepy

They are really similar. $12 prescription copays and $25 doctor office copays.

Basically, the main difference is if I go to the emergency room, the buy-up pays 100%. The core pays 80%.

But the buyup is double the cost at $93 a month ($42.50 bi-weekly). The core is like $46 a month($23 bi-weekly).

Today is a bad monday.

I'm so tired of my job and schoolwork that I don't even try anymore. I failed a quiz last week in Arabic, and if I don't pass the class with a C or better I'll have to retake it. I have an important paper due tomorrow morning about comparing Gospels and I haven't even finished the readings let alone started the paper.
