Marathon pro completely breaks CTF. Nothing can kill the running guy fast enough before he's on the other side of the map.
Wanna know what really breaks CTF? Ghost. If you're carrying the flag, you don't show up to the enemy unless they've got a spy plane up, so if the carrier has Ghost, there's pretty much no way to track them down. Not so much of an issue on small maps, but on medium-to-large maps like Launch or even Summit, it's complete bullshit.

Until they fix the footsteps I won't buy Ninja. It's not a big deal anyways - Marathon is better.
No one commented on my "shot guy with final 4 bullets in my mag, then switch to the ballsack knife for a headshot for the game winning kill, and then dying after the game is over" video?
It's kind of interesting, I bought COD: BLOPS first day in excitement. Tried to play it for a half hour, suffered through about ten crashes, reinstalled twice. Then tried again a few days later, had stuttering servers and immense lag issues.
So I gave up and decided to try it later. Well I figured I'd give it a go today and I played a few games where literally every person on the server couldn't fire their gun without flopping to the floor first. In one example two people with AK's both saw each other, leaped to the floor and fired at each other from a distance of about ten feet. It seems someone spread the word about this 'miracle' and it's spread to everyone.
I'm also constantly amazed how game developers seem to have such a fit with designing shotguns, first you had the MW1 nerf ring shooters, then MW2 came around and the Spas could drop a guy at 100 feet. And today trying to use the Olympia it was frequently easier to use the pistol than even try with the shotgun.
It shouldn't be that hard to figure out how a shotgun operates in the damage department...
Otherwise though the game seems to be fairly good but I'm kind of annoyed how it seems uglier at times than MW2.
I've really started to like sniping and I've had the most luck on Villa, although I had a nice game on Array, but I used some enemy guns to get my chopper gunner there, plus they were running last stand and I stole some kills. Here's a quick clip of some nice sniping by me. I really enjoy the L96A1. It's definitely better than the Dragunov, but I haven't tried the classified one yet, or the WA2000 for any duration of time.
I find the sniping hit detection a little wonky still as I'll get kills when I'm not quite on them, and miss when it's center mass. I still enjoy it though.

Does anyone know if you unlock the pentagon zombie map, with the code on the computer. Does it disable trophies? I completed the campaign on my last account. Just wanted to unlock the map quickly to play with a friend, and wasn't thinking about trophies.

On the 360 is doesn't disable achievements, so I doubt it'd disable trophies on the PS3.
