I'm on somewhat regularly, but I find I can rarely join other PA PS3ers' games because of full lobbies or shitty matchmaking issues.
Also, post-patch matchmaking performance is a joke. Multiplayer is more broken now than it was pre-patch. Can't mute players in the lobby window, randomly backs out of perfectly good lobbies, controls freeze up during matchmaking, and I haven't completed a single match without a connection error or some other bs error.
I'd be into getting a full team of PAers together if we can coordinate. Lately seems like never more than 1 or 2 other people on at the same time.

The former means that it has double the penetration power through objects. The penetration power of a shot is determined by the angle it's fired at (i.e., a 90 degree angle, or perpendicular to the wall, shot will have more penetration than a 60 degree angle).
The latter means that bullets fired will do more damage to killstreak rewards like Chopper Gunners, Spy Planes, etc. I wonder if that applies to Dogs/RCs?
What's the status of party play on the 360 with the new patch? Anyone know if 1-2 people still get separated from the party, get black screened and then everyone has to kick out to the lobby to reform? As much fun as that is, I'm getting damn tired of it.

Seems to me to be the same. We still had to kick out last night due to losing people. It does say if your NAT is open or not now, which is a nice change. I don't have any numbers to back this up but it did seem like it didn't take as many tries to get into a game though. It could just be a placebo effect from knowing that the patch was out.
This game is frustrating as shit if you don't have a "4-bar" (whatever the fuck that means, I'm evidently too stupid to understand the concept of ping in milliseconds) connection. When I do have host or at least a half decent person hosting my game, I steamroll people. If I don't, I struggle to go positive.
I was in a party of 3-5 through out last night for about 3 hours and we only had problem with not everyone joining one time and having someone kicked off from party one time. So, it's big improvement after patch.
It seems the gaming experience between 3 and 4 bars is bit random for me. There are times I can have a great lag free games with 3 bars then there are other times it would be so laggy with 4 bars. But YMMV. I only check to see if I have 2 bars or less before the game start so I can expect crappy game.

Argh. Just played a game in which half of each team was trying to quickscope each other on Havana. I liked it better when it was impossible so they simply didnt try.

I like listening to him because he's so anti-camper it's hilarious. He'll die just trying to uproot someone who killed him and do other stupid things I know I do too. Plus his rants about Second Chance are pretty funny (not to mention correct).

I played against a team of people where atleast 5 of them were using Second Chance. It was frustrating because of how fast I would run out of ammo just trying to kill these guys, because it would take 10+ bullets just to get a kill. Had to put on Scavenger + Ext mags on just to get a god damned counter UAV without running out of bullets.
