I shall balance this out with a picture of my weird-ass dog
hold on, pet thread
edit: This is Binny. He's a rescue dog my grandfather picked up back when I was about 14.
One day he escaped from my grandfather's car when he took him out shopping with him and left the window open almost halfway (poor choices all round).
Long story short, he's got three legs!
And now he's got a colossal lump on his back. Like seriously, it's fucking gross. But apparently he's too old to go through the operation to remove it, and it doesn't seem to bother him. He had one once before, and it just naturally disappeared, so hopefully that will happen again.

More pets, not necessarily cute. All from the Aves class.
Emma, a senegal parrot (poicephalus senegalus). Normally from west africa, she's quite friendly with me. And hates everyone else. Including the other parrots.
Gordon Liddy, a white-fronted amazon (amazona albifrons). From central america originally, they're one of the few parrots that you can tell the sexes apart. He's a typical amazon, sometimes very cranky and nippy.
Stitch, an congo african grey (psittacus erithacus erithacus). Another west african parrot, they're probably the smartest of all the parrot species. Stitch is very clever and has learned to imitate me quite well. He likes to say "Gotta go to work" in the morning when I'm getting ready and "Hey, how was your day?" when I get home.
Finally, my parents galah or rose-breasted cockatoo (eolophus roseicapilla), Rosie. It's kind of a pain in the ass. It likes to get pet and have it's head scratched, until it doesn't and bites you a flies away laughing. It also likes to get out of its cage and run around on the floor and flying all over the place, laughing at you when you try to get it back in it's cage.

this is all I hear all day long
Lola's hobbies: meowing, running really fast, meowing, putting her mouth on everything, scooting her water dish around, clawing up my computer chair, meowing, looking out the window, rolling over, begging to be chased for no reason
My kitty Pepper is the best and comes to work with me everyday and rides around on my shoulder and follows me around the house and carries her favorite toy around.
Sometimes she jumps in the bathtub when we're watching TV and just starts making squeaky noises for no apparent reason.
Our kitty Tuque is fat and knocks things over on purpose but he loves to snuggle and he takes a real purdy pictre.

That's a neat coincidence! This one is mostly orange, but with a white chin. You can't really tell with the shitty picture quality though.
Ours is just called Mac, although we sometimes call him Big Mac due to his size or Mac Chicken when he flees the room at lightspeed because of a random loud noise
I wish I could get a a large dog a pet. However, my apartment complex doesn't allow pets to be over 30 pounds. I like cats, but I prefer dogs, but I don't like the smaller ones.
originally was my sisters. she is 18 years old and I kind of wish she would die already cause all she does is sleep, bother me cause she can't make it onto my bed by herself anymore, and throw up

Here's my two cats being adorable. The orange one (who is basically mine) is friendlier than our dog really. You can't sit down without him jumping on your chest and either sleeping or constantly headbutting you.

...shit need to get home and hug my cats.
wish I could get them to get on better with my parents dog.
My smaller cat just gets chased around and puts up with it, while the older one will chase the dog
It's the eyes.

Here's a cat. His name is Mac.
He is very fat.
my other dog, Stella
the worlds heaviest jack russell
Well
Macaroni and Cheese was his full name. But we called him Mac. He was orange and white and we got him when I was like 4.

Maybe I'll get a dog when I get a house someday.

oh hey, so she's half American bulldog? that's what my dog is!
they're a pretty great breed. what parts of the Jack Russell breeding did she get?
When I can stand on my own two feet better, I will probably get a border collie or husky as they are rad pets.
