Well to be honest, with enough time to prepare Batman could collect midichlorians from other beings and concentrate them to inject into his own cells, which eventually would increase his count to the point of being able to feel the force. Possibly he could clone them too.
Then it's just a matter of using his already well trained mind to harness the power and use it. Creating the bat-lightsaber is no big deal, and he's already been trained in many forms of martial arts.
The biggest question is clearly is that the pussified bitch Darth Vader the prequels brought in to our pop culture or is it the Darth Vader that chokes rebel soldiers and cuts off his own kid's hand like a stone cold badass?

It also depends on who's writing Batman. If it's someone like, say, Morrison, who loves focusing on the more outlandish space-age type adventures Batman sometimes gets involvd in, Batman wins, hands-down. And it would be incredible.
