I do, in fact.
Infestors are the only way to counter mass banshee if it's well executed, they're too cost efficient in straight up fights and too good at escaping otherwise.
And to reiterate, PDD already blocks every single non-infestor source of zerg anti-air.
Swear to god you terrans should be pushing the zerg main with banshee/raven + bio every single time.

I feel kinda bad. When we lobbying earlier, I was pretty groggy and out of it and played horrible.
Then at the end I was more awake, and I played really well against Joe.

i feel bad for making phoenixes against zerg now
they come out so fast and there is nothing the zerg can do but go hydra and if they weren't planning to go hydra there's no way they can get the numbers they need
the only way he managed to keep me away from his queens was three spore crawlers in his main and three in his natural, and even then i managed to constantly pick off overlords, at one point he had two overlords dirctly above his base and that was it.
Phoenixes should never, ever die against zerg any more. Ever. :?
e: Though I feel the VRs were actually nerfed, Flux Vanes are so important.

did phoenixes really need that buff? (edit - I'm considering zvp when I say this but I suppose it's gonna be huge in tvp since you can realistically get phoenixes to hit vikings hitting your colossus)
the fungal change buffs all air but does pdd really stop queen fire? I didn't know that.
if it does, wouldn't banshees + pdd kill you before infestors were out?
the difference is that now that you can more strongly commit to them without risking losing them all to an infestor and handful of hydras, you can start getting some upgrades for them.

I was talking about the few zergs who liked infestors as a way to sort of buy time into whatever else you might rather. I fall in that category.
That stung me a couple of times earlier. Thought I made a bunch of zerglings. Nope, one pair.
Also made me think I was supply blocked so I did a double take and fucked around until I figured out what was going on.

e: Also, I think void rays were nerfed. I don't think 20% situationally added is worth becoming slow, their speed made them hard to kill.

Go 2 port banshee supplemented by 1 raven.
Appear in their main, throw down a PDD, laugh because it's literally impossible for zerg to hit back, win.

Queens, corruptors, spore colonies (!), mutalisks, hydralisks. Every not-infested-terran unit/building that hits air.
You have plenty of time to scout and build infestors, currently. The first unsupported banshee hits your base at like 8 minutes or so if they rush it.
They need a few other banshees, PDD research and a raven with enough energy. Frightening fleet, but expensive, slow to build and pretty easy to scout.
Without infestors, queens and hydras generally die to all that banshee DPS long before the PDD runs out of energy.
How does that make them better in a fight?
seems like it will mess up that matchup and... I don't actually know what it's for. don't see why that change is necessary.
But you can get to 4 of them 20s earlier, which can be painful for Zerg.

+1 weapons phoenixes are ridiculously strong
PDD doesn't require research by the way it is a base skill.

Also voidrays for the shredding the shit out of ultras award.
It is going to be a nightmare killing voids attacking any ultras you might ever make your way to.
Maybe I'll just never stop making zerglings and hope the person doesn't get sentries or zealots.
