I am having a problem with M&B. It asks for the serial key, but the one steam offers is too long. It's 5 characters per box and M&B only allows 4. What can I do to fix this?

Weird: the CD key Steam gives me for M&B Warband doesn't seem to fit their entry system to activate the full version? Or is it already then the full version, since it gave me an activation for past level 7 warning after starting it up the first time?

My excuse for not having the orange box is that I was gifted HL2 and Ep1 already, got Portal for free when they were giving it away, and my laptop doesn't run TF2 very well.

So has anyone who has bought Mount and Blade actually been able to run it? When I try to run it, it asks for me to activate it. The cd-key that steam has is about 6 digits too long.
I've tried looking elsewhere but no one seems to have this problem?

I thought it was said earlier that this mod is in the process of being ported to Warband, though? There seems to be some dispute/murkiness over it.
Warband runs fine without asking for a CD key for me, although all I've done is part of the tutorial. Does it ask when you try to go online?

I enjoy long, Adjective walks on the beach, getting Verb Ending in "ED" in the rain and serendipitous encounters with Noun(plural). I really like piña coladas mixed with Liquid, and romantic, candle-lit Noun(Plural). I am well-read from Dr. Seuss to Famous Person. I travel frequently, especially to Place, when I am not busy with work. (I am a Occupation.) I am looking for Noun and beauty in the form of a Nationality goddess. She should have the physique of Female Celebrity and the Noun of Female Friend. I would prefer if she knew how to cook, clean, and wash my Noun(Plural). I know I’m not very attractive in my picture, but it was taken Number days ago, and I have since become more Adjective.

As a side note of pathetic - in the midst of all this Steam related fun I managed to not only get miserably sick with a cold which has settled directly into my throat but this morning found my left eye completely sealed shut from a case of pink eye. I have spent the day trying to play the World of Goo demo with a washcloth over one eye and enough advil in me to numb down a hippo.
It's a precautionary tale for those thinking about marriage - never marry a public school teacher AND send your 1st grader to public school. I'm pretty sure by year's end I'll have caught malaria and small pox from them.
