I used to live off of the boneless wings from b-dubs while in college. My biggest complain about boneless is the insane price difference between them and bone-full. I don't think the convenience of not getting messy is worth the extra money.

I don't get the point of boneless wings. Wings are delicious because of the qualities of the meat on the wings that is unique to that portion. Boneless wings are just either white meat or thigh meat that's been mechanically separated and then pressed into a nugget. Not at all like a wing, and grody.
The boneless wings I eat aren't pressed, it's just white meat. Basically just chicken tenders + buffalo wing sauce. I like normal wings, but sometimes they're just too much trouble, especially those double-bone ones.
If you think chicken wings are too much trouble then you're eating them wrong

In the video Spork posted the guy tears one of the bones out, which undoubtedly makes eating it easier, but not as easy as eating boneless meat.
I'm mostly concerned about getting flavor from the sauce; the flavor of the meat isn't as important to me.

I'm pretty sure my original contention was not that eating normal wings was some ordeal, but that it was more work than eating boneless wings. Corollary to that is the fact that the difference in the taste of the meat doesn't matter much to me, so the wings with less work involved are more appealing.
However, good boneless wings are also harder to find than good normal wings.
Side note: I ordered the full not lame chopped up version of Muppet Family Christmas on DVD and I can only hope it arrives before Christmas so I don't have to watch my dubbed from VHS off TV transferred to DVD copy again this year. (But I will do it anyway if I have to because it is the best Christmas special)
