Ok, my dad has had a PC and a laptop, and both come up with an error message stating that iTunes is running in a compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. Compatibility mode is off, but the message still appears, and iTunes crashes whenever he tries to import a CD.
I should point out that this only happens on my dad's computers, so it's more than likely something he's done to it, nobody else in the house has the problem.
Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this, or a possible fix for it?
EDIT: Oh, we're all running Windows 7 64-bit. Forgot to mention that.
