Happy: 525 Archaeology. Probably took me around 15-20 hours overall, and I saved about 95% of all the stones I gathered. I completed 5 Rares (Dwarven sword dance thing, Night Elf BoA lvl 60 Robe, Clockwork Gnome, Fossilized Raptor and Fossilized Pet) while leveling. Then I spent a few more hours on Kalimdor trying to get a Tol'vir site to spawn, to no avail. I think I spent an hour in Outlands before I got bored and haven't yet gone to Northrend for Archaeology at all. Much like gathering ore/herbs, you just need to put some tunes on and sort of zone out.
Happy - Finally got the mats together for the Elementium Stormshield.
Hurgh- Tried to get someone in trade to craft it. Everyone wanted 1k + to cover the "cost of the the orb"
1-1.5k seems reasonable for orb costs, considering how obnoxious it can be to get them (although it's admittedly a hell of a lot better now than it was two weeks ago.)
Happy: current tol barad design lets me get in on the bridge for honor reward even when I don't get inside the fight. This combined with wintrading for great honor means I'll need to farm BGs less in terrible gear for pvp stuff.
Hooligans: Randoming stuff on my priest, it's unbelievable how bad people are at this game sometimes.
And on a strange note, apparently I'm top 10 protadin dps on world of logs when it comes to halfus wyrmbreaker. Gotta stop using WoG next kill and see if I can top it \o/.
Happy: Managed to get both the Fox Kit and the Drake of the West Wind last night.
Amusing: Alliance actually gave us Tol Barad last night when they had it. We won in 5 minutes, tops, and most of that was likely transit time and waiting for stuff to cap.
I second this. It procs seemingly all the time and from anything. I am fairly certain I have seen it proc when laying down totems as well as on a Riptide tick. It's awesome.

Avalanche is the same for melee. I love seeing it proc off Thunderclap, hitting all the mobs around me and effectively making my Thunderclap do 1.5x normal damage. And Proccing off Heroic Throw is pretty fun too.
Hey Holmes, when a tank is doing double your dps, you're doing it wrong. Also, go back to ToC chump.
Got that beat. Had a moonkin doing 3k dps during my daily heroic. Good thing it was SFK and the tank/healer were paladin gods. The guy didn't even get into moonkin form for a good chunk of the run.
Until a last minute replacement I was the only one doing more damage than the tank.
I think we didn't kick him just to see what nonsense he was gonna do.
Hate: Rogues stun locking me in PvP. It's something that I thought (maybe I just had hoped in some dream state) had left the game, but if you look at it objectively, it's all they've got.
I am on my Priest. I queue for a random heroic. I get an in-progress SFK. I make the safe assumption that they're stuck on Commander Springvale. I was wrong.
They were stuck on Baron fucking Ashbury.
I get in, we buff up. Party is a DK tank, two Balance Druids, myself, and a Rogue. Fight begins, and we get going pretty well and I stop paying attention to the boss' health. A couple minutes in I'm starting to get kind of tapped out so I hit Shadowfiend. I then notice that the boss is still sitting at over 50% health. We continue going. My Shadowfiend comes off of its 4 minute cooldown and he's sitting at 40% health. After finally running me out of every possible trick I have, we wipe when he finally pops Dark Archangel. Time in that fight, only to wipe? 7:14.
Seven minutes, fourteen seconds.
SEVEN. MINUTES. AND. FOURTEEN. SECONDS.
SEVEN. MINUTES. AND. FOURTEEN. SECONDS.
On the first goddamned boss. I have never ever in so many years of playing WoW seen something that horrendously stupid. Ever.

I have often tried to ignore people in pug five mans only to get "player not found."
sigh
Be sure to use the formate Name-Server when ignoring someone from a random. If you don't it'll try to ignore that person from your server.
yeah, normally I just rclick their name and hit ignore.
maybe it would work if I tried typing it manually?

typing it will work, that's how I ignored the ninja from the other day.
Meh: I had an "amicable" departure from the guild my alliance characters were in. They felt I wasn't pulling my weight since my work schedule often conflicted with raid times. and maybe they felt I was playing my DK more then farming heroics on the Lock, even though I was left out of many of the guild runs, leaving me to pug.
Most were nice folks, but a few (most of the officers) thought using racial slurs were a form of comedy. I spoke out against it, but they laugh it off and the rest of the guild either didn't care or ignored it.
I'm looking at the forums atm to see any Guild's LFM threads, I might consider switching to Horde. Being a Troll Warlock sounds nice. I won't consider a server transfer at this time for money reasons. ( a lot of alts to bring along.)

Yep, I've thought about moving from Proudmoore dozens of times, but transferring 10 toons to another server......
Like everything else to do with those stupid, shitty islands, the dailies are a pain in the ass on my server. If no guildies are on, and I try to solo them on my Priest, it's a slow, arduous, incredibly dangerous affair. The mobs hit like trucks, and if I get more than a couple on my Priest at once I'm pretty much dead. And nobody ever wants to group up for this shit, despite some things being pretty much undoable solo.

Scribes has a recipe called "mysterious fortune card" that has a low cost that makes an item that has a 1/58 chance to create a vendor trash item worth 5k gold.

It's kind of a running gag for me that everything that CAN proc, WILL proc, when I buff the group.

It used to be Hardened Shell/Whatever the spellpower one is. Luckily now I have a Wisp and spellpower-on-Execution-range trinkets so I only see Hurricane proccing everywhere.

Most I've gotten from one so far is 5g. :P
There may be 58 potential cards but the one worth 5k is probably closer to 1/1000 or 1/10000 than 1/58, because the cards have a higher drop rate the lower their sell price is..
I'm the first 85 in my small, unfortunately less-active than normal guild, and this also marks the first time I've ever beaten my brother to a max-level character.
Hate / Hrm: Switchng my active spec from Retribution to Protection is basically like entering a cheat code, it makes things so much easier. Fights that would have me burning cooldowns and frantically mashing buttons as Ret are accomplished at full health and mana (with a couple adds more!) in Prot mode.
Hehe: Right now my guild is attempting to kill Baron Geddon in Hyjal.
So after we "defeated" Baron Geddon I went and ate dinner, took a nap, and then watched a couple of movies, forgetting to post the screen shot of said victory.
The grass really isn't greener on the other side. Most of the servers are probably very much a like aside from possible faction imbalances.
No doubt this is true, but most of the people I used to play with on Proudmoore are long gone, and I've yet to see more than one or two PA'ers from Proudmoore.
Sometimes I entertain the idea of moving to a more PA populated server is all.

I can say with absolute certainty, that in comparison to every other server I've played on, which has admittedly only been 4, that Cenarian Circle is a shithole, and that there are certain servers that are worse than others.
I mean hell I remember when WoW first launched and Fires of Heaven announced their server, that server filled with tons of wanna-be l33t douche bags, who thought because they played on the same WoW server as an EQ ubërguild they were somehow better than everyone else.
EWom on
Whether they find a life there or not, I think Jupiter should be called an enemy planet.
Hilarious: Apparently I can't walk outside the gates of Org to do dailies without catching half of an argument about someone using CD's in a duel.
Like, every damn time.
The whole "duel" scene cracks me up. How dare you beat me by using your abilities!
Heh, now I remembered this douchebag rogue we had in our guild years ago. Worst case of selective deafness ever.
He'd rub your face in it every time he won a duel, whine constantly about unfair cooldowns when he lost, and never accept a duel by "going AFK to do something" unless all of his own cooldowns were ready.
