Worst death ever?
A combination of parent, lifelong friend, and pet, appearing without warning and killing you with your own guns. Damn.
Maybe the bullet doesn't kill him. Maybe it just wounds him.
Maybe Tavros, thinking he's just stopping a criminal, commands Beq to maul him to death.
Oh geez I didn't wanna read that last thing before sleep
Now my dreams will be Grandpa Harley trying to fend off a psychotic Bec, sustaining a fatal mauling to the arm and slowly bleeding to death while he watches
Little Jade walks over the crest of the hill, and sees Grandpa lying in a pool of his blood
Grandpa reaches out his good arm, and opens his mouth to speak his last words, 'I love you'
But his strength fails him, and he slumps to the ground, as Jade runs to his side, and her tears fall to the grass
Jade looks, confused, at Bec, who is sat, emotionless as ever, staring at the pair

It might not have been a command. Maybe Tavros just used his communing abilities to talk to bec, be all "hey by the way might wanna save Jade's life".
