Really? Because for some reason I've never had any problems with it. Generally bosses are pretty okay with the ten second rule in 5 and 10 mans, being that they'll usually never cast a really important spell more than once every ten seconds, since they can't really build effective five man encounters around groups having more than one interrupt available.

my first time in sfk was the same thing. i interrupt the aoe and he immediately casts mend rotting flesh or whatever it is and heals for 1.2m and i get yelled at for being shitty at interrupting.
told them they can go fuck themselves and kick me.
Got bored, decided to solo the whale shark. Word of advice for anyone attempting: Get the RangeDisplay addon from Curse. Stay in the 10-15 range, use dots/instants and don't rush the fight. I had a 15% attempt where he evaded and I about quit the game.
Killed him next attempt though .

ashbury is an encounter where you want to have 3 interrupts available regularly, but only 2 are required
one to stop pain and suffering, one to stop stay of execution, one to stop mend rotting flesh
mages should get all the executions because counterspell has a high cooldown, most other classes have short enough cooldowns for mends (rogue, warrior) and pain and suffering isn't that important to interrupt (it's okay if someone's cooldown is up and it goes off)

My guild's resto druids haven't noticed any problems.
Don't let it tick at all, stack on his' face, swiftmend the tank as soon as you drop to the ground, remove his magic debuff. Tranquility when he goes all dark angel form win cash monies.
And if the dps are not interrupting his Mend Rotting Flesh then they're terrible and you can't heal terrible.

My guild's resto druids haven't noticed any problems.
My guild healers are fine for the most part. You don't have unlimited mana anymore, you have to pay attention and choose the correct heals.
You can't spam rejuvenate as a druid or roll hots on everyone, it's just not effective.
