does anyone know a japanese horror movie about a giant baby? Maybe its head was giant or something, I remember they somewhat strangely referred to it throughout the entire film as "big head baby" or something.

Yes! I remember it had a call in thing that never quite connected with the baby head storyline. It was a weird movie, I dont think it was scary in and of itself but the concept and strangeness of the ending scared the poop out of me.

Asking what is magic is like asking what is sexy. My opinions do not represent the opinions of the magicians' guild. Most people involved with magic and mental disciplines work very hard to avoid delusions and so they are very anti-drug. I myself am amazed whenever I take an aspirin because if you only take a few a year then they remain quite powerful.
I don't use anything for years at a time and then I start drinking and smoking weed and stuff like there is no tomorrow. I always get bored and quit. Bored isn't really the right word though. I just get tired of wasting time and money just to embarrass myself.
Mostly people use the word shaman to describe a magician who uses sacred drugs to do "magic".
The drugs like mushrooms are in some ways sentient and they practice and teach magic at times. The drug ayahuasca is probably the drug that is magical even if all others are not. People using ayahuasca have vomiting and diarrhea so they don't do it to get high, its not a good time except for the visions. Most people have very similar hallucinations that come in a few different forms. Some people get rejected by the drug and experience nothing. The shamans can usually tell ahead of time who will not be accepted so it is probably something other than immunity.
Philip K Dick said some drugs were actually antidotes to ubiquitous drugs in our environment. His short story "Faith of Our Fathers" is basically what happens when someone takes an anti-hallucinogen. They stole the idea for that movie "They Live" and made the drug into magic sunglasses. Dick went crazy after meeting "god" and blamed writing that story for getting god's attention focused on him.

I'm pretty sure They Live is based on 8 O'clock in the Morning by Ray Nelson.
Other than that, of course, there is obviously nothing in that post anyone could find in any way out of the ordinary or unreasonable.

I have not read 8 O'clock in the Morning I can't really say if the movie is closer than Dick's story or Nlson's. Dick's story was pretty close though but it was a godlike dictator instead of aliens or lizardmen or whatever those guys were in They Live.
I heard about that Majora's Mask/Ben Drowned/whatever story a few days ago and watched the first part but it just wasn't as scary as it had been made out to be

I liked Majora's Mask better than Ocrina of Time. Mostly because a lot of elements and scenarios from past Zelda games were re-appropriated for OoT, but with MM I had no idea what to expect, really.

BERWICK, La (NBC33) An NBC 33 viewer claims to have caught an "alien-looking thing" on a deer cam. He chooses to remain anonymous but says the pic was taken on a reserve in Berwick near Morgan City. The viewer says the cam itself was busted when it was found, but the SIM card was still in it and so was this image:

The best thing is that zelda collection disc that came out for the gamecube that has several of the zelda games on it. It lacks a link to the past which is one of my favorites, but it has the first two zelda games plus OoT and MM.
I need to dig that out.

they just released a special 25th anniversary mario thing for the wii that has mario, mario 2 and mario 3 on it.
no super mario world though, which sucks because it's the best one.

I was talking to a guy that works at gamestop and he said that gamestop stopped taking preorders on it a week ago, so it sounds like it will be quite limited or at least be made to look that way by nintendo.
